Your booking will be transferred to the Dormio Group

From 5 December 2023, the following parks will no longer fall under the Roompot Group, but under the Dormio Group. The parks are presented under the Dormio Resorts & Hotels or Summio Parcs brand.

This means that we will no longer be able to view or change your booking from that date. As from then, the booking will also no longer be visible to you when you log in to My Roompot. Of course, the booking, including any additional extras booked, will remain valid as usual.

Answers to all your questions

I booked insurance with my stay. Will it expire?
Your insurance remains valid and will therefore not lapse.

Can I still pay with a guest card?
From 5 December 2023, you will unfortunately not be able to pay with a guest card at the above parks. That's because the parks now fall under Dormio Resorts & Hotels or Summio Parcs.

Can I still pay with a Roompot Holiday Gift?
From 5 December 2023, you will unfortunately not be able to pay with a Roompot Holiday Gift at the above parks. That's because the parks now fall under Dormio Resorts & Hotels or Summio Parcs.

Is my Roompot voucher still redeemable?
Roompot Catering vouchers are unfortunately no longer redeemable at any park acquired by the Dormio Group. In addition, as from 31 December 2023, it is also no longer possible to redeem other Roompot vouchers at a park acquired by Dormio Group.

Will the check-in and check-out times remain the same?
Yes, check-in and check-out times remain the same as indicated.

Will the same rebooking conditions remain valid?
Roompot's rebooking conditions remain valid for your booking.

I have booked extras or already made a reservation in one of the facilities. Does this remain valid?
All extras and reservations at the park made until 5 December 2023 will remain valid as you booked them. If you want to book something extra after this date, please contact Dormio Resorts & Hotels when it concerns Park Scorleduyn, Resort Duynzicht and Waterpark Langelille, and for the other parks, Summio Parcs.

I have booked a specific house number. Will it remain the same?
If a specific house number has been booked, it will be transferred to Dormio Group on 5 December 2023, just like your booking. If you want to change or confirm your house number from 5 December 2023, please contact Dormio Resorts & Hotels when it concerns Park Scorleduyn, Resort Duynzicht and Waterpark Langelille, and for the other parks, Summio Parcs.

What is included in my stay? Is this the same as at Roompot Group?
All stays booked up to 4 December 2023 will remain valid as agreed. So your stay will comply with everything that was included and added at the time of booking. If you want to change or fix anything after this date, please contact Dormio Resorts & Hotels when it concerns Park Scorleduyn, Resort Duynzicht and Waterpark Langelille, and for the other parks, Summio Parcs.

I still have a payment outstanding. What should I do?
If you still have an outstanding payment, until 4 December 2023 you can settle it via the payment link in your Roompot booking confirmation. The Dormio Group will receive a statement of all payments received by us on 5 December 2023. If you have not paid by then, you will receive more information from them about paying for your stay a few days after 5 December 2023.

What will be changing at the park?
The visual communication such as a welcome sign and flags has been changed at the park, so you will not see any Roompot logos during your stay. Activities and facilities are unchanged.

The total price you see is the price for two people, including all mandatory extra costs. You can find more information in the price pop-up. We can only show you the final price once you have entered your specific travel group. No rights can be derived from the stated prices, opening hours and information.

This applies to bookings with an arrival date that is at least 30 days from the day of booking. You can cancel easily via My Roompot. Did you book a last-minute holiday with arrival within 30 days? Or do you want to cancel after 14 days? Then our normal cancellation rates apply.
