General

Parking

You may park your vehicle either at your accommodation or in the large car park at the entrance to the park. You may only park in the designated parking spaces, not on the grass.

Charging an electric vehicle

Charging your electric cars is possible if your home has a private charging point, you can book accommodation with a private charging point. There are no central charging points at the park.  

Service set

For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.

Visitors

Family and friends are more than welcome to visit. If your visitors are planning on spending the night we kindly ask them to report to the Service point (they will need to pay local taxes, which are charged per person, per night) and to park their vehicles in the main car park at the entrance to the park.

Access to the swimming pool

All of our guests have free admission to the swimming pool at Summio Parc Port Greve, located within 6 minutes by car. You can pick up the pool passes during the opening hours of the Service point.

Arrival

During high season check-in is from Monday to Friday until 17.00. Is it not possible for you to arrive at the Service point within these opening times? Then get in touch with us by calling the following number: 0031 (0)111 675 100. During low season opening times of the Service point vary. You are then able to announce your arrival through the intercom upon which you will receive a code for the safe where your key is stored.

Wi-Fi Code

You will find the Wi-Fi log-in code on the outside of the kitchen cupboard.

Departure

We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10.30 a.m. on the day of your departure. Should you depart at a time when the park is closed, you can deposit the key in the white mailbox next to the Service point door.

After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. You will receive a written notice about this.

This applies to bookings with an arrival date that is at least 30 days from the day of booking. You can cancel easily via My Roompot. Did you book a last-minute holiday with arrival within 30 days? Or do you want to cancel after 14 days? Then our normal cancellation rates apply.
