General

Parking

Each accommodation includes one parking space. If necessary, you can park a second vehicle in the car park by the main entrance. The parking spaces of the lodges in Zeebad are numbered

EV charging station

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. Some holiday homes also have a private charging point. You can book these homes as a preference. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park. 

Lockable bicycle parking

Park your bicycle safely in a private bicycle parking. The parking is covered and is located centrally on the park. There is room for up to 4 bicycles, and there are 2 sockets available. You can pick up your access pass card at the bike hire. You can book the lockable bicycle parking for free during your entire stay.

Amounts due

Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.

Service set

For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.

Visitors

Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly ask that your visitors report to the Service point if they plan to spend the night. 

Access swimming pool

All guests have free access to the swimming pool at Park Zeebad (Sportpark Scheldeveste). The access code to the swimming pool is the same as for the lodges.

Arrival

You are welcome at our park from 4 p.m. onwards. You may check in until 5 p.m. on Mondays (and holidays) and until 6 p.m. on Fridays. If you arrive on another day or after closing time of the Service point, please contact the Service point on tel.: 0031 (0)117 388 000.

Have you booked a special package deal?

You will receive all of the necessary information about your special package at the Service point on the day you arrive. Please keep in mind that you should arrive before 6 p.m. if your special package starts on the day you check in.

Access to the park/accommodation

Tenants of lodge can check in automatically with their home-based Keycard. Use the pin code to open the gate. If the gate opens, you are checked in automatically and you can drive directly to your lodge. You can also open this lodge from 4 p.m. with the pin code. Tenants can report at the Service point. By showing your confirmation you will receive the key of your accommodation.

The Keycard is strictly personal and can be used for:

  • proof of ID at the park


The Keycard is not a credit card, and it is non-transferable. In case of loss or left, please notify the Service point immediately. Do not keep the Keycard on the dashboard of your car in the sun, near loudspeakers, magnets or mobile telephones.

We regularly have guests who have lost their Keycard or left it in their accommodation. If this happens, inform the Service point as soon as possible.

Wi-Fi Code

You will find the Wi-Fi log-in code on the outside of the kitchen cupboard.

Departure

We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. The Keycards don't have to be returned.

After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
