General

The Water Village Service point can be found in the adjacent Roompot Beach Resort. Parking spaces with a charging station for electric cars are present.

Parking

Water Village is a car-free park. You can park your car in the central parking lot at the top of the park. 

EV charging station

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park.

Public transport 

From Goes train station, walk towards the bus stops. Board the Connexxion Bus 31 towards Tunnel N57 Oostzijde. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the “Sophiaweg” bus stop in Kamperland. From the bus stop, it is about a 16-minute walk through a polder road to Water Village.

Alternatively, you can also get off at the “Nieuweweg” stop. This route takes a little longer, about a 21-minute walk, but along this route you can already get to know the Roompot Beach Resort.

Should you prefer to travel by public transport, bear in mind the long walking distance from the bus stop to the park.

Outstanding payment

If you have any outstanding payments, please transfer the sum to us immediately. If you already transferred the outstanding balance or if you are about to do so, you should be able to produce a valid proof of payment when arriving at the park Service point (for example, a bank statement). Without this proof of payment, we are obliged to ask you to pay the outstanding payment on location.

Service set

For your comfort, we have placed a service set in your holiday accommodation. This contains practical (cleaning) products.

Visitors

Family and friends are most welcome. Overnight visitors should notify the Service point in advance. Cars can be parked on the parking lot just outside the park.

Facilities

Guests of Water Village are free to make use of the facilities of the adjacent Roompot Beach Resort. You can also make use of their Sports & Animation programme.

Pool access

All guests of Water Village have free access to the swimming pool of Roompot Beach Resort. You can pick up the access cards at the Service point of the swimming paradise. These are valid during your entire vacation.

 

Arrival

You can enter your accommodation from 16.00 o’clock. During peak season, you can arrive until 17.00 o’clock on Mondays and until 20.00 o’clock on Fridays. Off-season, this is until 17.00 o’clock on Mondays and until 19.00 o’clock on Fridays. If you are unable to arrive within these times or on these days, you can make use of the terrace café next to the Service point of Roompot Beach Resort. If you wish to make use of this service, please contact the Service point on time by calling the telephone number 0031 (0)113 85 54 60.

Have you booked a package deal?

You will receive all the information regarding the contents of the package deal at the Service point upon arrival. Please ensure to arrive before 18.00 o’clock if your package deal starts on your arrival day!

Access holiday accommodation

You can access your accommodation by using the PIN code you have received via e-mail.

Wi-Fi

You can find the Wi-Fi login code on the outside of the kitchen cabinet.

Departure

We kindly ask that you leave your accommodation no later than 10.00 o’clock on the day of your departure. After your departure, the domestic service will check your accommodation on hygiene, inventory deficiencies and damages. This final check is the reason for our €65 security deposit per accommodation per stay. If you leave the accommodation in accordance with our regulations and if we have your IBAN, we will return this deposit to you 7 days after your departure. If the domestic service has to perform (cleaning) activities, then (part of) the deposit will be withheld. We will inform you on this in writing.
