So much water so close by just begs you to 'play outdoors' every day. Kite or windsurfing on the Veerse Meer, seal spotting trips on the Oosterschelde, sailing from the marina, hunting for shells, swimming, or building sandcastles. Want even more? Water Village is right next to its 'big brother' - Roompot Beach Resort. Check out what you can do there, because as a guest at Water Village you are more than welcome there, too. The best tip how to end your day superbly: enjoying the sunset from a deserted spot or from a lounge terrace. Day after day.

Facilities
As soon as the buzzer sounds, the fun begins in the wave pool! The pool starts shallow and gradually slopes down, together with the waves it will surely remind you of the surf of the sea. Next to the shallow area is a separate paddling pool. In need of some action? Rush down the 63-metre slide! In the other pool you can let yourself be carried away in the rapids, through this rush you can acces the outside pool. Both inside and outside there are chairs for you to rest, and at the bar you can buy something to drink and a tasty snack. Finally, the pool area is also home to 2 saunas and a Turkish bath.
Accessibility
The pool has a modified toilet/shower for people with disabilities. There is a wheelchair ramp too, and you can borrow a pool wheelchair.
Access and opening hours
During your holiday at Water Village, you can come swimming every day at the adjacent Roompot Beach Resort! With your key card, you can collect free pool tickets once for the number of people booked. You can do this at the vending machine at the entrance to the swimming pool. Keep your tickets in a safe place, they are valid for your entire stay. The exact opening hours are available on the website and in the app.
Practical: lockers are available at the changing rooms. Don't forget to bring a €1.00 coin as a deposit.

At this park, it is possible to book accommodation where pets are welcome. You can only bring 2 pets per accommodation. There are pet-free accommodations too. There is something for everyone!

Price
For a dog or cat, you will pay a surcharge per night. The final cleaning is mandatory if you bring a pet. This mandatory final cleaning is sometimes included in the price of your stay.
Bringing an assistance dog
Good to know: different rules apply for assistance dogs. If all the holiday homes where dogs are allowed, are fully booked, your assistance dog is also welcome in a pet-free holiday home. You do not have to pay the usual pet surcharge. To register an assistance dog, please contact our Guest Service.
Bringing your pet to the Netherlands
When travelling to another country, travel documents are mandatory. The same is true for dogs and cats. So, please make sure you bring your pet's European pet passport. In addition, a chip and valid rabies vaccination are mandatory. You can read the rules on The Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority's (NVWA) page.

Charming city filled with history
You can go on a pleasant stroll in Veere. Old streets, stately trading houses, the Grote Kerk and the famous Town Hall: Veere was once a mighty trading city. The richly laden ships have since given way to yachts, and is a charming place where tourists love to come. A city stroll over the old city walls is an experience all by itself. In the centre, you'll find quaint shops and cosy restaurants. The various ports of Veere are also a good starting point for exploring Lake Veerse.
The versatile capital Middelburg
Middelburg has a rich history that is still reflected in today's streetscape. Its many events, shops and catering establishments make it a lively town. Where the people of Zeeland also like to go shopping or sit down on a terrace. Discover the capital of Zeeland!
An oasis for water sports lovers
Lake Veerse is a paradise for water sport lovers. Surfing, canoeing, sailing, water skiing, diving or swimming: it's all possible. Choose one of the marinas as a starting point, or head to a beach with lawn on a hot summer day. Countless uninhabited islands await discovery on Lake Veerse. Mooring on one of the many landing stages is highly recommended. Many of the nature reserves in or around Lake Veerse can be discovered on their own. Tip: don't forget your binoculars, there are lots of birds to spot!
Old fashioned treasure hunting...
You might have entered an Escape Room before, but an Escape at Movement Sports is unlike any other. It does not take place in a Room, but in the fresh outdoor air. It is all about treasure hunting on the beach! Combined with a beautiful hike, this is the perfect group activity for any game and adventure enthusiast. Of course, the assignments can only be solved together, so cooperating is essential.
