Travel info

Arrival

On the day of arrival your villa will be available from 16.00 hours. You will receive a door PIN code from us to enter your holiday accommodation. Upon arrival at the park, you can therefore drive straight to your accommodation. At this park, you can also use the digital key in the Roompot app. In case of problems, please contact our Guest Service Department on +31 (0)88-045 84 58.

Charging an electric vehicle

You can charge your electric car at the charging points of the Fletcher Hotel across the park. There are no central charging points on the park.

House numbers 3 and 17 have private charging points. You can book these numbers with preference.

Departure

We ask you to leave your villa by 10.00am at the latest on the day of your departure.

After you have left, the housekeeping department will check your holiday home for hygiene, inventory and damage. This final check is the reason why we charge a deposit of € 150,- per holiday home per period. If you leave the holiday home in accordance with our instructions and if your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after your departure. If the housekeeping service has to carry out (cleaning) work, (part of) the deposit will be withheld. You will be informed in writing.

This applies to bookings with an arrival date that is at least 30 days from the day of booking. You can cancel easily via My Roompot. Did you book a last-minute holiday with arrival within 30 days? Or do you want to cancel after 14 days? Then our normal cancellation rates apply.
