There is always something going on
In the immediate vicinity, there are endless activities for young and old. Go seal spotting on the Grevelingenmeer or plunge into nature for a fabulous walk. Two tips definitely include the Kabbelaarsbank nature reserve and the woods near Burgh-Haamstede. Would you rather build sandcastles together and then go out for dinner? You can! Brouwersdam is a unique destination that connects Zeeland with South Holland, but also separates the Grevelingenmeer from the North Sea. There is no shortage of sun, sea and water sports in this area. In Ouddorp, you will experience history while on the bunker route. This 1.5 kilometre long walking tour takes you past various bunkers dating from the Second World War. Don't forget to visit Zierikzee if you want to soak up even more history. The impressive story of this harbour town is told based on 500 monuments. There are lovely shops and terraces on the charming streets. After all, it's still a holiday!

At this park, it is possible to book accommodation where dogs are welcome. You may bring a maximum of 2 dogs per accommodation. Other pets are unfortunately not allowed. There are pet-free accommodations too. There is something for everyone!

Price
For dogs, you will pay a surcharge per night. The final cleaning is mandatory if you bring a dog. This mandatory final cleaning is sometimes included in the price of your stay.
Bringing an assistance dog
Good to know: different rules apply for assistance dogs. If all the holiday homes where dogs are allowed, are fully booked, your assistance dog is also welcome in a pet-free holiday home. You do not have to pay the usual pet surcharge. To register an assistance dog, please contact our Guest Service.
Bringing your pet to the Netherlands
When travelling to another country, travel documents are mandatory. The same is true for dogs and cats. So, please make sure you bring your pet's European pet passport. Where everything is about water sports
Fancy a day of action on and in the water? Then Brouwersdam is the place to be! Here you can find windsurfing, sailing and many more water sports activities. No experience? No problem; you can also take lessons.
You can spend hours on the 17-kilometre-long sandy beach of Renesse. Get a breath of fresh air during a walk, build sandcastles with the kids or read a relaxing book in the warm sunshine. After a wonderful day on the beach, you can enjoy a snack and a drink at one of the many beach bars. Renesse beach has the international Blue Flag environmental award. The bathing water is of excellent quality and the beach is kept very clean.
Lively coastal village
Visit the lively coastal village of Renesse, packed with sunny terraces, cosy shops and numerous restaurants and cafés. Events for young and old are organised during the summer months.
Good to know
Roompot Beach Resort Brouwersdam is fast becoming a new prime location. Immediately after the opening of the park, some facilities will not be open yet. In the area, you'll find many cosy shops and restaurants.
Temporarily, the Service point is located in house number 6.
