Travel info

General

You can park your car on the indicated parking spot. Next to the villas and cottages there is parking space for two cars near the accommodation.

EV charging station

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. Some holiday homes also have a private charging point. You can book these homes as a preference. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park. 

Service set

For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.

Visitors

Visitors who stay one or more nights must check in at the Service point first. Day visitors can park their cars in the general car park area.

Deposit

Upon arrival, reception may ask you to pay a deposit for your stay based on the group composition. The deposit is between €50 and €500 per stay.

Access to the swimming pool

All the guests of Parc Aquadelta are granted free access to the swimming pool during their stay, provided they show their personal swimming pool/animation pass. This pass will be given to you when checking in.

Arrival

You are welcome at our park from 4 p.m. onwards Both during the peak season and the off-season arrivals are possible until 6 p.m. on Mondays and until 8 p.m. on Fridays. If you arrive on another day or after closing time of the Service point, please contact the Service point on tel. 0031 (0)111 481 940.

Have you booked a special package deal?

You will receive all of the necessary information about your special package at the Service point on the day you arrive. Please keep in mind that you should arrive before 6 p.m. if your special package starts on the day you check in..

Access to the park/accommodation

In case of loss or theft of entrance gate barrier passes or keys we request you to immediately report this to the Service point of the holiday park. Do not keep the entrance barrier pass in the sun, on the dashboard of your car or close to any loud speakers, magnets or mobile phones.

Wi-Fi Code

If your accommodation has free Wi-Fi, you will find the log-in code on the outside of the kitchen cupboard.

Departure

We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. and hand in your key at the Service point of the park. Should you leave while the Service point of the park is closed, please drop the key in the letterbox of the door of the Service point of the park.

This applies to bookings with an arrival date that is at least 30 days from the day of booking. You can cancel easily via My Roompot. Did you book a last-minute holiday with arrival within 30 days? Or do you want to cancel after 14 days? Then our normal cancellation rates apply.
