Lovely Christmas break at Roompot Although we stayed at a quiet time of year, the facilities were open, we were able to use the supermarket and enjoy a Christmas cocktail at the bar. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and quiet at night. The proximity to the beautiful beach was amazing!

Very good stay

Enjoyable Vacation This was our 3rd stay and already booked for 2025. Location to beach, distance from our home and house were all reasons we stay in De Banjaard. The entire team were friendly, informative when questions arised, easy check-in and check-out. The house we rented had plenty of storage space, comfortable furniture, and very large bathtub. House does not have a great deal of decorations all over, which is wonderful. All in all, we were completely satisfied with the house. Plenty of space to walk our dog. The cleaning of the house could be better especially in the main bathroom. We had to request that the shower head and drain be cleaned due to what looked like mold. The kitchen cabinets on the outside seemed not to be cleaned since there were signs that maybe water ran down the face of the cabinets. In the end, the cleaning could be done better. When I searched for a house, one item was a fenced in yard and the house we took did not have that. In my opinion, if a house is indicated that pets are allowed then the yard should be fenced in.

Prachtig huis in een prachtige omgeving Huis was prachtig en de omgeving waanzinnig, alleen het weer hadden we niet echt mee. Alleen jammer dat het restaurant/terras maar tot 21.00uur geopend was. En het zwembad maar tot 17.00uur geopend was. Had bijvoorbeeld na het eten nog even willen zwemmen.

Disappointed The house was old, especially the bathroom and shower felt like 40 years old. The kitchen was very badly equipped, no normal sized kitchen knife, just a tiny knife for peeling potatoes etc. no cutting board, no colander for smaller food like rice etc. But the worst was the overall cleanliness of the house. We found a dirty sock under the matress when making the beds, a ladyshave in the shower and hair all over the place. Not to mention the dust. Of course we could have gone to the reception to complain but we realised this only after unpacking all our stuff and with an 8 month old baby, we did not want to lose more time to move to another place. So we cleaned the house as good as possible with the vaccum cleaner that is barely working.

The WIFI password is NOT in the kitchen as advertised on the brochures. Many people including friends I came with and stayed at other tiny houses did not have a clue where the password was. It is NOT in the kitchen. The password is ON THE INNER SIDE OF THE HIGH KITCHEN DOOR. It is practically impossible to find with the description in the kitchen, which would logically mean over the kitchen counter, where it is not! One needs to open every drawer and every door to find it. Waste of time!!!

Entspannte Tage in Zeeland Gemütliches Ferienhaus, mit Sauna und direkter Strandnähe

Nicht zu empfehlen Vor der Unterkunft befand sich bereits bei Ankunft ein Hundehaufen auf der Wiese. Im Haus selbst war es sehr staubig. Eine dicke Staubschicht war sofort auf der Esslampe zu sehen , unter den Betten war ein Teppich von Staub zu sehen. Gründlich gereinigt wurde die Unterkunft nicht und wir mussten selbst erstmal putzen. Das kann bei diesem Preis wirklich nicht so sein. Die Gartenmöbel flogen ebenfalls durch den Garten. Das Geschirr war teilweise sehr dreckig und zusammen gewürfelt. Zu guter letzt verbrachte das Nachbars Haus die Abende mit ihrem Kärcher auf der Terrasse. Gegen 18-20 Uhr war es so absolut laut und wenig erholsam. Kinderaktivitäten Fehlanzeige . Warum ? Bei so vielen Kindern im Park . Das Hallenbad absolut in die Jahre gekommen. Tolle Lage , aber die Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen . Das haben wir bei Roompot so noch nie erlebt . Schade

Geräumiges Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt genossen. Sehr schön ist die Nähe zum Strand. Das Haus hat eine super Lage und bietet viel Platz für vier Personen. Allerdings lies diesmal die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Im Haus war es an einigen Stellen dreckig, die WCs rochen unangenehm, die Gartenmöbel waren stark verdreckt. Leider gab es einen Beschädigung am Sofa, sodass dies nicht mehr genutzt werden konnte. Super war, dass am Haus eine Ladestation für unser E-Auto war!

Kurzulaub der gute Standard von roompot konnte uneingeschränkt gehalten werden

Beloved park since decades: constantly declines since Corona / cost-performance ratio not balanced anymore we come to your park EVERY year. So we know the pros and cons of the park VERY good (this tradition is more than 10 years old). So we know the ups and downs of the park. But since the last 1-2 years - since Corona -, this is a slow and steady decrease of the whole Park. Examples: we know that you dont focus on overhauling the bathrooms - I presume because of costs and benefits. But: our bathroom in Kering 11 this year was TRASH. It was very unpleasant using it! Yes, it was clean. But everything was at least (!) 10 years old - I think 15+ years at min. Examples: - coating of the bathtub broken by previous guests - Shower curtain on “shower-bathtub” (did not know that there are still shower curtains in Roompot) - “Shower” not usable for 9 year old child (shower head mounted under ceiling for “wellness rain shower” effect) - Toilet and washbasin like in youth hostels: clean, functional, 100 years old - No shelves (except:) - disgusting 1-euro shelf under 1-euro mirror, under 1-euro neon lamp (which is also mounted at an angle) - 4 hooks in the entire bathroom. Towels? Toilet bag? Washcloths for children? Apart from this in-depth bathroom complaint: - House in general in top condition like “always”. - Safety of house top edge (except very old power-socket protectors: functional but drop off the socket etc) - Kitchen in top condition. - Living room: very good condition. TV absolute trash (device 100 years old, mini, no streaming possible(lol) - garden top except unkempt (-> very old) furniture Apart from the bathroom/our house (=individual and uncommon bad luck with house): - the entertainment options in the park got reduced to almost non existent (Koos entertainment for kids); - they got replaced by hey, check the stream on youtube - and merch articles in the shop the whole effect of this program is dead because of this. Of course everyone can watch tv on its own. But the idea was to come-together in the middle of the park! (and you can sell drinks there) - the bikes, even for kids, are in terrible condition. I don’t book them anymore because of SAFETY reasons ( eg. brakes, air pressure, rust) - your whole approach of good maintenance for the bikes seems to be gone (cost cuts?) - the lack of personell within the park (due to cost cuttings and personell-shortage?) is omnipresent (Koos entertainment, bike rental, openings / personell-sharing reception) if youre wondering / context: - I work in tourism branch also (--> I know good and bad complaint mgmt.; decision-making processes for investments etc) - We (business trips, family trips) travel a lot to both cheap, normal, exclusive locations. - I write that, so that you hopefully see: this is no rant from a normal “german complaining customer”. - We can distinguish between reasonable demands and excessive luxury wishes. Hope you have a good guest complaint process!

Absolut zu empfehlen wir waren das erste mal hier und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen - die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand und das Meer, die Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten und nahe Ausflugsziele bringen uns bestimmt nochmal in diesen Ferienpark

Urlaub vor Ostern Wir kamen in ein sauberes, schön eingerichtetes Haus mit großzügigen Platz zum Sitzen. Die Anlage war wunderschön, die Einrichtung einfach, funktional, aber trotzdem optisch ansprechend. Den einzigen Minuspunkt gibt es, da um uns rum viele Baustellen waren, die tagsüber sehr laut waren und uns oft durch Container oder Baustellenfahrzeuge unsere Zufahrt zum Haus versperrt haben. Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Haus schön sauber, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Hallenbad hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Etwas zu klein, für so viele Park Bewohner.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, goede info vooraf, mooie infrastructuur.

Schöner Aufenthalt in bester Lage mit ein paar Mängeln Das Haus war gepflegt und die Lage zum Strand ist sehr gut. Das Sofa war recht durchgesessen und die Matratze war dieses Mal durchgelegen, was in meinem Alter Rückenschmerzen verursacht. Der Park war wesentlich ungepflegter als in den letzten 25 Jahren. Hundehaufen lagen eine Woche herum, Mülleimer waren die ganze Woche am Überquellen. Vor allem der Hundekotabfallbehälter am Parkausgang zum Strand an dem jeder vorbei gehen musste, der zum Strand will.

Eine Woche in den Osterferien In Summe lebt der Park von der guten Lage zum Strand und den umliegenden schönen Städtchen. Auch die neue Sportanlage ist ok. Die Optik des Parks mit vielen schönen Häusern überzeugt ebenfalls. Das Qualität der Speisen im Restaurant, die Preise im Supermarkt, das organisierte Angebot für Kids und die Sauberkeit der Häuser fallen hingegen ab.

Osterferien 2025

Park ja - Parkeigene Häuser nein Die Unterkunft war der dreckig und absolut nicht schön! Der Unterschied zwischen den privaten Häusern (die auch vermietet werden) ist zu groß. Die privaten Häuser sind häufig deutlich schöner. Die Bettdecken waren sehr kalt - also besser noch Decken von zu Hause mitbringen. Ansonsten ein toller Park

Privat Wellness in feinem Ambiente Die Sauna in unserer Lodge war großartig. Insgesamt war die Lodge sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hätten uns eine klare Ausschilderung zum Strand innerhalb des Parkes gewünscht. Ohne Navigation haben wir uns mehrfach verlaufen.

Entspannter Park für Familien

11.-18. April 2025 Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen wird sofort reagiert und geholfen. Der Park ist sehr schön und gepflegt

Gepflegter Park direkt am Strand Haus und Garten waren sehr gut, Personal am Service Point sehr freundlich. Park insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Öffnungszeiten Schwimmbad, Supermarkt usw. sind schlechter geworden.

Okay aber nicht der Hit ! Haus und Umgebung war gut. Service sehr schlecht! Wir haben zum Beispiel mehrfach tagsüber versucht Minigolf zu spielen und es war immer zu! Im Restaurant wurden wir nicht angenommen weil die Wartezeit auf das Essen über 90min wegen Personalmangel dauern wird ....
