Lovely Christmas break at Roompot Although we stayed at a quiet time of year, the facilities were open, we were able to use the supermarket and enjoy a Christmas cocktail at the bar. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and quiet at night. The proximity to the beautiful beach was amazing!

Enjoyable Vacation This was our 3rd stay and already booked for 2025. Location to beach, distance from our home and house were all reasons we stay in De Banjaard. The entire team were friendly, informative when questions arised, easy check-in and check-out. The house we rented had plenty of storage space, comfortable furniture, and very large bathtub. House does not have a great deal of decorations all over, which is wonderful. All in all, we were completely satisfied with the house. Plenty of space to walk our dog. The cleaning of the house could be better especially in the main bathroom. We had to request that the shower head and drain be cleaned due to what looked like mold. The kitchen cabinets on the outside seemed not to be cleaned since there were signs that maybe water ran down the face of the cabinets. In the end, the cleaning could be done better. When I searched for a house, one item was a fenced in yard and the house we took did not have that. In my opinion, if a house is indicated that pets are allowed then the yard should be fenced in.

Prachtig huis in een prachtige omgeving Huis was prachtig en de omgeving waanzinnig, alleen het weer hadden we niet echt mee. Alleen jammer dat het restaurant/terras maar tot 21.00uur geopend was. En het zwembad maar tot 17.00uur geopend was. Had bijvoorbeeld na het eten nog even willen zwemmen.

Disappointed The house was old, especially the bathroom and shower felt like 40 years old. The kitchen was very badly equipped, no normal sized kitchen knife, just a tiny knife for peeling potatoes etc. no cutting board, no colander for smaller food like rice etc. But the worst was the overall cleanliness of the house. We found a dirty sock under the matress when making the beds, a ladyshave in the shower and hair all over the place. Not to mention the dust. Of course we could have gone to the reception to complain but we realised this only after unpacking all our stuff and with an 8 month old baby, we did not want to lose more time to move to another place. So we cleaned the house as good as possible with the vaccum cleaner that is barely working.

The WIFI password is NOT in the kitchen as advertised on the brochures. Many people including friends I came with and stayed at other tiny houses did not have a clue where the password was. It is NOT in the kitchen. The password is ON THE INNER SIDE OF THE HIGH KITCHEN DOOR. It is practically impossible to find with the description in the kitchen, which would logically mean over the kitchen counter, where it is not! One needs to open every drawer and every door to find it. Waste of time!!!

It’s the 6th time we come to Banjaard and we were always happy with the houses, but this time it was not ok. The living room was to small for 10 people, there weren’t enough wine glasses of the same size, the cutlery wasen’t complete. But worst of all were the bathrooms, very old and dirty, also the toilets. The couch was disgusting, still full of doghair and repulsing stains, really not ok. In the washing machine, there were still hairs from the previous guests and the dryer was as old as methusalem. We paid a very high price, over 4000€, for a very disappointing house. We are really sad, because we always loved to come to the Banjaard parc.

Aussen bereich, Sonnenliegen sehr verschmutzt, Rasen total vermoost, An der Vorderseite des Hauses zwei Löcher ,Sauberkeit in der Küche verbesserungswürdig. Bedienungsanleitung Sauna sollte verbessert werden

Ein toller Urlaub Ein sehr schöner, gut gelegener und gut gepflegter Park, mit unmittelbarer Nähe zur Nordsee. Die Unterkünfte waren gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. In der näheren Umgebung findet man alles, was man braucht (Lebensmittel, Produkte des täglichen Bedarfs etc.). Das Personal und auch die anderen Urlauber waren sehr freundlich!

Schöner Urlaub Das Haus war schön und zweckmäßig. Für meinen Geschmack fehlten große Gläser und große Tassen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Auszeit spontan Nebensaison Die Tinyhäuser liegen direkt an der vielbefahrenen Durchgangsstraße. Daher ist es hier relativ laut. Das sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden.

Fijne vakantie op Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard Wij komen al 22 jaar op Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard. Eigenlijk zegt dit al genoeg, zoals altijd was het verblijf weer heel erg fijn. Hartelijke ontvangst bij de receptie, een fijn huis! Kortom een heerlijke week gehad.

Een aanrader De loft waarin we verbleven was geweldig. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Rustig park , de verblijven staan niet te dicht op elkaar , genoeg privacy.

Aanrader Onze lodge was ontzettend gezellig en smaakvol ingericht. Boven verwachting. Het zag eruit als nieuw. Het entertainment was leuk. Er is een zwembad. En in de omgeving zijn ontzettend veel leuke kindvriendelijke uitjes te ondernemen.

Urlaub mit Hund im TinyHouse Die Freundlichkeit am Service Point hat noch etwas Ausbaupotenzial. Das man erst ab 16Uhr in das Ferienhaus darf, obwohl es schon lange vorher fertig gesäubert wurde, ist etwas schade, da man sich nach einer langen Fahrt einfach nur freut, endlich anzukommen und zu entspannen. Alles andere war super. Sauberkeit, Nähe zum Strand ect.

Immer wieder gerne Wir kommen jetzt seit vielen Jahren sehr gerne in Ihren Park. Die Lage ist optimal für uns für Ausflüge und den Besuch des nahgelegenen Strandes. Auch die Unterkünfte sind bisher immer sehr gut gewesen (und wir haben schon viele verschiedene Häuser im Park gebucht). Das Service-Team im Empfang war auch stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbreit. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Besuch :)

Immer wieder De Banjaard - diesmal mit 14 Erwachsenen Wir kennen den Park seit Ende der 1990er und konnten deshalb gut einschätzen, welche Häuser (Familienvilla und R8A) für unsere Gruppe Erwachsener 60 plus wir brauchten. Leider nur 2 Schlüssel für 13 Erwachsene in der Familienvilla - aber das soll sich mit einem neuen Schließ-System ja ändern ... Brötchen am Morgen und das Schwimmbad (trotz der knappen Öffnungszeit in der Nebensaison 10-15 Uhr) fanden alle toll, ebenso die Sauberkeit im ganzen Park und die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, falls es Fragen oder Störungen im Haus gab.
