Lovely Christmas break at Roompot Although we stayed at a quiet time of year, the facilities were open, we were able to use the supermarket and enjoy a Christmas cocktail at the bar. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and quiet at night. The proximity to the beautiful beach was amazing!

Enjoyable Vacation This was our 3rd stay and already booked for 2025. Location to beach, distance from our home and house were all reasons we stay in De Banjaard. The entire team were friendly, informative when questions arised, easy check-in and check-out. The house we rented had plenty of storage space, comfortable furniture, and very large bathtub. House does not have a great deal of decorations all over, which is wonderful. All in all, we were completely satisfied with the house. Plenty of space to walk our dog. The cleaning of the house could be better especially in the main bathroom. We had to request that the shower head and drain be cleaned due to what looked like mold. The kitchen cabinets on the outside seemed not to be cleaned since there were signs that maybe water ran down the face of the cabinets. In the end, the cleaning could be done better. When I searched for a house, one item was a fenced in yard and the house we took did not have that. In my opinion, if a house is indicated that pets are allowed then the yard should be fenced in.

Prachtig huis in een prachtige omgeving Huis was prachtig en de omgeving waanzinnig, alleen het weer hadden we niet echt mee. Alleen jammer dat het restaurant/terras maar tot 21.00uur geopend was. En het zwembad maar tot 17.00uur geopend was. Had bijvoorbeeld na het eten nog even willen zwemmen.

Disappointed The house was old, especially the bathroom and shower felt like 40 years old. The kitchen was very badly equipped, no normal sized kitchen knife, just a tiny knife for peeling potatoes etc. no cutting board, no colander for smaller food like rice etc. But the worst was the overall cleanliness of the house. We found a dirty sock under the matress when making the beds, a ladyshave in the shower and hair all over the place. Not to mention the dust. Of course we could have gone to the reception to complain but we realised this only after unpacking all our stuff and with an 8 month old baby, we did not want to lose more time to move to another place. So we cleaned the house as good as possible with the vaccum cleaner that is barely working.

The WIFI password is NOT in the kitchen as advertised on the brochures. Many people including friends I came with and stayed at other tiny houses did not have a clue where the password was. It is NOT in the kitchen. The password is ON THE INNER SIDE OF THE HIGH KITCHEN DOOR. It is practically impossible to find with the description in the kitchen, which would logically mean over the kitchen counter, where it is not! One needs to open every drawer and every door to find it. Waste of time!!!

It’s the 6th time we come to Banjaard and we were always happy with the houses, but this time it was not ok. The living room was to small for 10 people, there weren’t enough wine glasses of the same size, the cutlery wasen’t complete. But worst of all were the bathrooms, very old and dirty, also the toilets. The couch was disgusting, still full of doghair and repulsing stains, really not ok. In the washing machine, there were still hairs from the previous guests and the dryer was as old as methusalem. We paid a very high price, over 4000€, for a very disappointing house. We are really sad, because we always loved to come to the Banjaard parc.

We want to assure you that cleanliness and comfort are high on our list, and well be looking into how we can make sure everything is in tip-top shape for all our guests. While we dont have air conditioning, we hope the sea breeze kept things cool and comfy for you. Roompot de eerste Also Leute wenn ihr die Möglichkeit habt dann sucht euch eins von den wunderschönen Häusern aus und mietet es. Die Vielfalt an verschiedenen Modelle ist gewaltig. Nachdem wir schon oft auf verschiedene roompot parks waren hat uns dieses sehr gut gefallen. Dieses Park ist sowohl für ältere aber auch jüngere Menschen ein Erlebnis. Und mann liegt genau mittig von viele Sehenswürdigkeiten Städtchen wie goes middelburg oder Burg hamstede und renesse Also wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch bei roompot

Urlaub 02/2025 Da wir bereits in einigen Parks von Roompot waren und durchweg nur positive Erfahrungen sammeln konnten sind wir auch hier mit hohen Erwartungen angereist, welche komplett erfüllt worden sind. Sei es bei der Lage, die Sauberkeit oder Freundlichkeit der Angestellten. Gerne kommen wir erneut in einen der Parks für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Leuk huisje ( als je niet in de winter komt) Mooi huisje, wat tegenviel: - het was niet goed warm te krijgen binnen. In de avond Max 17,5. - de douche werd soms niet goed warm, dan was het al koud in het huisje en dan ook nog niet warm kunnen douchen was erg oncomfortabel. - de stofzuiger was leeg.. met een zeer vieze bezem het huisje proberen schoon te maken. ( na eerst een poging gedaan te hebben om de bezem schoon te maken)

Tevreden De locatie is top en het huis zeer verzorgd en verrassend ruim. We komen zeker terug. Paar kleine tips; er is een koude stroomlijn de keuken en we misten een cup koffiemachine.

Toller Urlaub im schönsten Park Zeelands Wir waren schon 4x in De Banjaard, die Lage ist toll, unser Hund fühlt sich super wohl, das Haus ist schön und der Park hat eine besonders schöne Atmosphäre. Dieses Mal waren wir mit der Sauberkeit am zufriedendsten. Leider ist es finanziell mittlerweile eine große Herausforderung für uns, aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Heerlijk weekend aan de zee De sfeer, dicht bij de zee, leuke winkel en restaurant, ook de omgeving trekt ons al jaren.

Slechte start maar later prima Arriveerden vrijdag om 14.30 uur. Bij aankomst konden we inchecken. Duidelijk dat wij pas om 1600 uur sleutel zouden krijgen. In tussentijd wat genuttigd in restaurant. Om 15.40 terug naar receptie om sleutel op te halen... tot grote verbazing kregen wij, ook andere gasten, sleutel niet. Kregen sleutel pas om stipt 16.00 uur... beetje kinderachtig! Geen goede start van ons, toch al kort, weekend.

Wochenende in Banjaard Check-in: Wir waren um 15:15 Uhr vor Ort und durften noch nicht ins Haus. Mussten also mit Kind noch warten Die Unterkunft war nicht einwandfrei sauber - hätte man erwarten können, da man uns gesagt hat, dass das Putzteam/Techniker noch im Haus ist. Sehr schade. Wir.mussten das Badezimmer nochmal putzen.

Schöne Lage, Unterkunft allerdings häufig in die Jahre gekommen Leider ist zum wiederholten Male ein Aufenthalt enttäuschend verlaufen. Es war nicht sauber. Die Heizung war nicht entlüftet, so dass sie nicht richtig warm wurde und natürlich auch nachts viele Geräusche verursachte. Das Licht im großen Badezimmer war teilweise defekt und konnte nicht repariert werden. Die übrige Lampe gab nur sehr wenig licht und konnte nicht ausgetauscht werden. Zwei Griffe der Lüftungsgitter an den Fenstern lagen auf dem Boden. Einige Küchenmaterialien (ein großes Messer, Schneidebrett, Topfuntersetzer, ...) waren defekt und musste ersetzte werden.Es liefen Silberfische im Haus herum.

Heerlijk uitwaaien aan het strand Het park heeft een fijne uitstraling en ligt op een unieke plek. Vanaf het park zijn prachtige wandelingen te maken. Heel veel dorpen en stadjes liggen op fietsafstand.
