Lovely Christmas break at Roompot
Although we stayed at a quiet time of year, the facilities were open, we were able to use the supermarket and enjoy a Christmas cocktail at the bar. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and quiet at night. The proximity to the beautiful beach was amazing!

Enjoyable Vacation
This was our 3rd stay and already booked for 2025. Location to beach, distance from our home and house were all reasons we stay in De Banjaard. The entire team were friendly, informative when questions arised, easy check-in and check-out. The house we rented had plenty of storage space, comfortable furniture, and very large bathtub. House does not have a great deal of decorations all over, which is wonderful. All in all, we were completely satisfied with the house. Plenty of space to walk our dog. The cleaning of the house could be better especially in the main bathroom. We had to request that the shower head and drain be cleaned due to what looked like mold. The kitchen cabinets on the outside seemed not to be cleaned since there were signs that maybe water ran down the face of the cabinets. In the end, the cleaning could be done better. When I searched for a house, one item was a fenced in yard and the house we took did not have that. In my opinion, if a house is indicated that pets are allowed then the yard should be fenced in.

Prachtig huis in een prachtige omgeving
Huis was prachtig en de omgeving waanzinnig, alleen het weer hadden we niet echt mee. Alleen jammer dat het restaurant/terras maar tot 21.00uur geopend was. En het zwembad maar tot 17.00uur geopend was. Had bijvoorbeeld na het eten nog even willen zwemmen.

Disappointed
The house was old, especially the bathroom and shower felt like 40 years old. The kitchen was very badly equipped, no normal sized kitchen knife, just a tiny knife for peeling potatoes etc. no cutting board, no colander for smaller food like rice etc. But the worst was the overall cleanliness of the house. We found a dirty sock under the matress when making the beds, a ladyshave in the shower and hair all over the place. Not to mention the dust. Of course we could have gone to the reception to complain but we realised this only after unpacking all our stuff and with an 8 month old baby, we did not want to lose more time to move to another place. So we cleaned the house as good as possible with the vaccum cleaner that is barely working.

The WIFI password is NOT in the kitchen as advertised on the brochures. Many people including friends I came with and stayed at other tiny houses did not have a clue where the password was. It is NOT in the kitchen.
The password is ON THE INNER SIDE OF THE HIGH KITCHEN DOOR. It is practically impossible to find with the description in the kitchen, which would logically mean over the kitchen counter, where it is not! One needs to open every drawer and every door to find it. Waste of time!!!

It’s the 6th time we come to Banjaard and we were always happy with the houses, but this time it was not ok. The living room was to small for 10 people, there weren’t enough wine glasses of the same size, the cutlery wasen’t complete. But worst of all were the bathrooms, very old and dirty, also the toilets. The couch was disgusting, still full of doghair and repulsing stains, really not ok. In the washing machine, there were still hairs from the previous guests and the dryer was as old as methusalem. We paid a very high price, over 4000€, for a very disappointing house. We are really sad, because we always loved to come to the Banjaard parc.

Were truly bummed out to hear about the issues you encountered during your recent stay. It sounds like the living space didnt quite match up with the social vibe we aim for, especially when youre gathering with a big group. We always aim to provide ample glassware and cutlery, so its a bummer to hear some pieces went on a little adventure. As for the bathrooms and couch, thats really not the kind of experience we want for our guests. Were genuinely sorry that we missed the mark on ensuring everything was spotless and up to date for you. Its definitely a wake-up call for us to double-check and refresh wherever necessary. We want to assure you that cleanliness and comfort are high on our list, and well be looking into how we can make sure everything is in tip-top shape for all our guests. While we dont have air conditioning, we hope the sea breeze kept things cool and comfy for you. Lastly, were glad to hear that youve previously enjoyed the park, and were on a mission to make sure that every visit, including your next one, is back to the standard youve loved before.

Midweek tijdens wintermaand januari
Helaas niks te doen in omgeving. Lopend muv strand is alles te ver (dorp, strandrestaurant) hierdoor zal ik niet meer voor de banjaard kiezen.

Erholsamer Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung
Sehr netter Check-in - man hat sich gleich willkommen/Zuhause gefühlt. Die Häuser sind gemütlich eingerichtet & gut ausgestattet. Die ganze Anlage ist einladend und gepflegt. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist optimal, um verschiedene Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Außerdem lieben wir die Strandnähe! Dazu sind wir dankbar, unsere beiden Hunde mitnehmen zu dürfen. Wir kommen in jedem Fall gerne wieder!

Het huisje was prachtig maar doordat er geen gordijnen waren en het huisje op een druk punt lag, was er veel inkijk.

Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Häuser sind schön eingerichtet und nah zum Strand. Eine kleine Beanstandung am Haus wurde umgehend erledigt.

Fijn weekend gehad
Ons huisje had een prachtige ligging. Vlak bij de duinen. Ik las dat het zwembad klein en verouderd is. Dat was ook wel zo, maar de kinderen hebben zich er prima vermaakt. En het eten en de bediening in het restaurant was top! Echt onverwacht goed. Het huisje was ook fijn. Mooie, grote omheinde tuin zonder inkijk.

Schönes Haus mit Einschränkungen
Das Haus war sehr hellhörig, das Badezimmer für 4 Personen sehr beengt. Es gab z.B. keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. Das Geschirr in den Schränken musste erst noch von uns gereinigt werden. Das Haus wirkte insgesamt abgewohnt. Uns war völlig klar, dass wir über Neujahr in die Hauptsaison fallen. Aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte für uns bei diesem Haus nicht.

Entspannung pur
Wir hatten das Duinpan 48 bekommen, weil bei unserem ursprünglich gebuchten Haus die Spülmaschine kaputt war. Super dass wir hier auf ein größeres Haus umgebucht wurden. Danke. Ansonsten war alles super!

1. Die Lage und das Haus mit dem Grundriss hat unseren Erwartungen perfekt entsprochen. Allerdings ist das Haus seeehr hellhörig. Es gibt große Schlitze unter den Türen. Es gibt sogar Schlitze nach draußen , die Kälte kommt rein. 2.Die Sauberkeit: es war überhaupt nicht sauber , Boden, Stühle, Kamin, Küche, Bestecke 3. Küche: 2 Spülmaschinen haben nicht sauber gespült obwohl wir das Geschirr gut vorgespielt haben - eine Katasrophe!!! 4. Lüftungsschächte an den Fenstern: Griffe abgebrochen, nicht repariert!! 5. Bäder : Schimmel!!!! 6. Sauna: super!!! 7. Betten: Matratzen rutschen auseinander, nicht gut gelöst!!! 8. Backofen: Gut!!! 9. Holzbrücke draußen: laut!!!weil Holzbohlen lose sind- muss repariert werden!!!

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren immer wieder,wir mögen den Park,die Anlage,die Nähe zu dem wunderschönen Strand Leider war dieses Mal unsere Unterkunft mehr als schmutzig. Wir hatten den Eindruck,dass sie nach dem letzten Mieter überhaupt nicht gereinigt wurde.
