Enjoyable Vacation
This was our 3rd stay and already booked for 2025. Location to beach, distance from our home and house were all reasons we stay in De Banjaard. The entire team were friendly, informative when questions arised, easy check-in and check-out. The house we rented had plenty of storage space, comfortable furniture, and very large bathtub. House does not have a great deal of decorations all over, which is wonderful. All in all, we were completely satisfied with the house. Plenty of space to walk our dog. The cleaning of the house could be better especially in the main bathroom. We had to request that the shower head and drain be cleaned due to what looked like mold. The kitchen cabinets on the outside seemed not to be cleaned since there were signs that maybe water ran down the face of the cabinets. In the end, the cleaning could be done better. When I searched for a house, one item was a fenced in yard and the house we took did not have that. In my opinion, if a house is indicated that pets are allowed then the yard should be fenced in.

Prachtig huis in een prachtige omgeving
Huis was prachtig en de omgeving waanzinnig, alleen het weer hadden we niet echt mee. Alleen jammer dat het restaurant/terras maar tot 21.00uur geopend was. En het zwembad maar tot 17.00uur geopend was. Had bijvoorbeeld na het eten nog even willen zwemmen.

Disappointed
The house was old, especially the bathroom and shower felt like 40 years old. The kitchen was very badly equipped, no normal sized kitchen knife, just a tiny knife for peeling potatoes etc. no cutting board, no colander for smaller food like rice etc. But the worst was the overall cleanliness of the house. We found a dirty sock under the matress when making the beds, a ladyshave in the shower and hair all over the place. Not to mention the dust. Of course we could have gone to the reception to complain but we realised this only after unpacking all our stuff and with an 8 month old baby, we did not want to lose more time to move to another place. So we cleaned the house as good as possible with the vaccum cleaner that is barely working.

The WIFI password is NOT in the kitchen as advertised on the brochures. Many people including friends I came with and stayed at other tiny houses did not have a clue where the password was. It is NOT in the kitchen.
The password is ON THE INNER SIDE OF THE HIGH KITCHEN DOOR. It is practically impossible to find with the description in the kitchen, which would logically mean over the kitchen counter, where it is not! One needs to open every drawer and every door to find it. Waste of time!!!

It’s the 6th time we come to Banjaard and we were always happy with the houses, but this time it was not ok. The living room was to small for 10 people, there weren’t enough wine glasses of the same size, the cutlery wasen’t complete. But worst of all were the bathrooms, very old and dirty, also the toilets. The couch was disgusting, still full of doghair and repulsing stains, really not ok. In the washing machine, there were still hairs from the previous guests and the dryer was as old as methusalem. We paid a very high price, over 4000€, for a very disappointing house. We are really sad, because we always loved to come to the Banjaard parc.

Were truly bummed out to hear about the issues you encountered during your recent stay. It sounds like the living space didnt quite match up with the social vibe we aim for, especially when youre gathering with a big group. We always aim to provide ample glassware and cutlery, so its a bummer to hear some pieces went on a little adventure. As for the bathrooms and couch, thats really not the kind of experience we want for our guests. Were genuinely sorry that we missed the mark on ensuring everything was spotless and up to date for you. Its definitely a wake-up call for us to double-check and refresh wherever necessary. We want to assure you that cleanliness and comfort are high on our list, and well be looking into how we can make sure everything is in tip-top shape for all our guests. While we dont have air conditioning, we hope the sea breeze kept things cool and comfy for you. Lastly, were glad to hear that youve previously enjoyed the park, and were on a mission to make sure that every visit, including your next one, is back to the standard youve loved before.

We liked the new Tiny House concept but subject to our comments earlier in this survey about working out how to control the heating/cooling.
We were disappointed when one of the bicycles we hired had a flat tyre and you had no adator to reinflate it!!
This was our third visit to De Banjaard and we enjoyed our time here once again.

Super Park
De Banjaard ist ein Park in dem wir schon verschiedene Häuser gemietet haben. Wir waren jedes Mal hoch zufrieden mit dem Zustand und der Ausstattung der Ferienhäuser und mit der Freundlichkeit der Parkangestellten !! Gerne immer wieder!

Niet geheel naar verwachting
Het was er erg stoffig, veel spinnenwebben in hoeken. Erg kaal aangekleed. De toren slaapkamer was een koud en krap gebeuren. De andere kleine slaapkamer stonden 2 bedden met de lange kant tegen elkaar en tegen het raam, erg onpraktisch. Gelukkig waren de bedden heel goed.

Verblijf in de Banjaard, Kamperland
Het is hier steeds gezellig. Huisjes zijn praktisch ingericht, alles is voorzien. Fijne sauna, handige keuken, omheinde tuin is zalig voor de hond. Het huisje is steeds tiptop in orde De Banjaard is mooi gelegen, vlak bij het strand. We komen hier al jaren en zijn nog steeds even enthousiast over het park.

Fijne ervaring alleen viel het zwembad tegen
+Fijne grote huizen, ruime kamers, lekkere bedden, privacy, dichtbij strand. -erg koud water in het zwembad.

Weekje in de Banjaard
We waren erg gecharmeerd door onze vakantiewoning. Deze was zeker ruim genoeg en mooi vernieuwd. Enkel jammer dat er geen bad aanwezig was. De faciliteiten in het park vonden we iets minder en verouderd. Het zwembad in De Banjaard is nodig aan vernieuwing toe waarbij het zwembad mag aangepast worden naar de wensen van de belangrijkste doelgroep namelijk onze kinderen. Het zwembad was gesloten wegens onderhoud en we mochten naar het roompot park Beach Resort. Dit was voor ons geen probleem maar het zwembad in Beach Resort was ijskoud en er was geen kinderbad aanwezig. Tegenvaller dus... Ook de kinderanimatie in De Banjaard kon beter. Een minidisco had dit zoveel beter gemaakt voor mijn zoontje. Er waren tijdens de week niet veel kinderen aanwezig in het park maar dit mag de kwaliteit van de animatie niet beïnvloeden...

De ligging is de grootste troef
De ligging is perfect, dichtbij het strand. Het huisje was prijs-kwaliteit zeker oké, wel wat verouderd. De wifi-code was verdwenen (op de raamsticker), er zat een beschimmelde filter in de koffiezet. Het restaurant was onderbemand. De mensen daar waren wel echt vriendelijk en deden hun best.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Jederzeit wieder! Gut ausgestattet und sauber! Toller Garten. Genug Parkplätze und direkt am Meer! Wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei und es war total unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

De huisjes zijn niet echt proper en water in het zwembad in kamperland was koud. Ook de omgevingstemperatuur was koud.

Ideaal zo dicht aan zee. Veel wandelmogelijkheden en ook uitlaten voor hond was ideaal. Heel jammer dat er bijvoorbeeld geen bowlingbaan is. Voor 6 volwassenen is er s avonds weinig tot niets te doen. Zeer fijne bungalow, lekker veel ruimte en comfort!

Dichtbij de Zee en Strand
We waren hier al heel wat jaartjes geweest in het verleden. Na een tussenpauze toch maar weer eens voor Residence De Banjaard gekozen vanwege de mooie herinneringen. Anders dan we gewend waren was deze accommodatie niet erg proper. * stofvlokken onder alle bedden * borden en glazen niet proper * douchescherm (beneden) en douchedeur (boven) niet gepoetst * sigaretten peuken op de ligbedden buiten *afstandbediening tv was weg maar is ter plaatse opgelost * pannen vuil en aan vervanging toe Waarschijnlijk hadden we pech met de schoonmaak. We hebben het vroeger anders ervaren.
