Have you booked a special package deal?
You will receive all the necessary information about your special package at the Service point on the day you arrive. Please keep in mind that you should arrive before 5 p.m. if your special package starts on the day you check in.
Amounts due
Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.
Visitors
For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products and cleaning instructions. If necessary, additional different instructions will be posted prominently in your accommodation.
Parking
Each accommodation has one designated parking space.You may only park in the designated parking spaces and not on the grass or the dike. You can put the cars who can´t be parked on the designed parking spaces at the parking lot for visitors.
If you are you staying in Holiday Lodge 4, Sauna Lodge 2, Baby Lodge 2+1, or Tiny House 2, please park at the central parking. There are parking spots close to the homes where you may park briefly to load and unload your things. Afterwards, please park your car in the central parking next to the entrance of the park.
EV charging station
The park has a central charging point for electric cars. Some holiday homes also have a private charging point. You can book these homes as a preference. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park.
Service set
For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation A set is also on hand in the private bathroom at the camp site. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.
Wi-Fi Code
You will find the Wi-Fi log-in code on the inside of the kitchen cupboard.
Pool access
As a Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard guest, you have free access to the swimming pool at the park. In addition, on presentation of an access card, you can swim in the Roompot Beach Resort subtropical swimming paradise in Kamperland. The access card is available at the Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard Service point.
Public transportation
If you would like to travel to Noordzee Résidence de Banjaard by public transport, we recommend the following route:
Departure location Middelburg
From Middelburg train station, walk to the bus station. Take the Connexxion Bus 133 in the direction of Oude-Tonge, then get off at bus stop Tunnel N57, Kamperland. From this stop you will arrive at the main building of your holiday destination Noordzee Résidence de Banjaard after an 8-minute walk.
Departure location Rotterdam
From Rotterdam Central Metro Station follow the RET Metro E/D towards Slinge. Get off at Metrostation Zuidplein. Walk 4 minutes to the bus stop and take the Connexxion Bus 395 towards Zierikzee. Within an hour you will arrive in Zierikzee and change to Connexxion Bus 133 towards Middelburg. After 40 minutes, get off at the bus stop ‘Tunnel 57, Kamperland’. From this stop, walk 8 minutes to arrive at your holiday destination Noordzee Résidence de Banjaard. It is also possible to take the train from Rotterdam Central Station to Goes or Middelburg first and then hop on the bus. This route is recommended for weekends.

Arrival, access and check-in
Arrival
You are welcome at our park from 4 p.m. onwards. You may check in until 5 p.m. on Mondays and until 6 p.m. on Fridays. If you arrive on another day or after closing time of the Service point, please contact the Service point on tel.: 0031 (0)113 885 100.
Departure & administrative handling
Departure
We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Leaving your holiday home neat and tidy
After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65/€ 115 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
