Clean & neat Well maintained property. Very clean.

VUIL HUIS Het was vuil, het huis is al lang niet meer gekuist. Echt vies, de lakens hadden oude ingekoekte vlekken, BAH! En honden welkom, echt vuil overal vegen op de muren, vloer nooit gekuist. Er hengen overal spinnenwebben, zeker ook boven de tafel waar je moet eten. Een huis voor 9 mensen met een eetgelegenheid voor 8....

Park area was great, well maintained and peaceful. Check in was without problems. The food at the restaurant was good and staff very friendly. Cleaness of the house was not great. Breadcrums on the sofa. An entire peace of bread under the sofa. Multiple spiders everywhere and some of the frying pans have defently not been washed. The fence in a home had multiple holes. They tried to fix it but a small dog could still escape. The gardener rocked up at 8:30 in the morning went to garden and started working without any notification. While having our breakfast we suddenly just saw people in our garden. After work the left, leaving the gate open and our dog nearly run away. So also forgot some gardening tools and an empty can which has been used as ashtry in our garden

Just the cleanliness was bad. The bathrooms were dirty. Had a bad odour. The dishes were not clean.

Better than expectations Spacious home and well decorated with many available goods for our use. Facility met our expectation with child friendly options. Moreover it’s nearby to the beach and surrounding locations.

Enjoyable family vacation in Catzand The lovely accommodations in a picturesque setting exceeded our expectations. The onsite bike rental and supermarket are si convenient! We will definitely book again.

Relaxing holidays Relaxing, calm, green, close to nature

No obvious central area for kids to gather and play games. At other Roompots there are central space Where kids can self organise games near where the parents are. E.g. outside the restaurant. Access to the Astro pitch is not easy (very far from rest of site) and empty as not a central place. Would be good to have a central area. Eg Kijkduin.

friendliness of your staff at the reception

Fully what we hoped to find, peace, tranquility, a friendly staff, as ist wasnt our first stage at the park it wont surely not be the last.

Très beau parc bien aménagé, jolies maisons , grand lac, espace extérieur très propre, personnel très amiable. Nous navons rien à redire. Nous avons passés de belles vacances.

Quiet and relaxing atmosphere with beautiful surroundings

Tip top accommodatie Zeer mooie accommodatie met alles aanwezig. Wel weinig te beleven in het park zelf.

Altijd fijn om hier te verblijven voor een lang weekend strand De locatie van het gehuurde huis ten opzichte van de doorgang naar het strand bleek perfect. We waren zo op het strand. Dit keer hadden we een goedkoper huisje, 3-onder een kap en dat viel me ontzettend mee. Ik was een beetje bang voor (mogelijke) geluidsoverlast. De woning was lekker ruim en zoals we gewend zijn netjes en compleet. We komen hier al 4 jaar op een rij en we komen zeker terug.

Positieve ervaring verblijf Cadzand Roompot

Leuk tijd gehad We zijn er eigenlijk zonder verwachtingen naartoe gegaan. Hebben daar een heel leuke tijd gehad. Heel vriendelijke mensen, heel mooi park en een ferme omgeving. En de steak on Stone is een aanrader.

Super verblijf Het was een super mooi park, de ligging is ook heel mooi alleen vonden wij met de kids het zwembad een beetje klein! Verder waren alle aanpassingen in de woning goed te gebruiken!
