good location, family friendly Swimming pool was closed, we went to the park because of the swimming pool and it was closed.

My stay We called without a reservation and were able to get a pitch for 2 nights. Very pleased with everything on site except the bar closed at 20:00 so we missed out on a drink. Other than that all good. Would stay again

Disappointed I stayed several times un Roompot Cadzand. Roompot Hof Domburg is very much less comfortable. Very thin walls between the houses - we heard every little noise from the neighbourgs. Every cough, snoring during the night etc. The ground was very dirty (after 10 min of running around on the first day, my toddlers feet were BLACK). The toilet had a very very bad smell (smell of pee which you know from the train station walls). I tried to clean it. No change. Toilet seat was yellow brownish underneath, so they definitely need to be changed! We really enjoyed the playgrounds all around the park. The indoor playground is very nice. Luna park is nice too. Very good supermaket!

A great family site The facilities available on the site are fantastic. All of the staff are absolutely amazing!!! The toilets/showers/washing up areas, and swimming pool facilities are clean, but very dated in comparison to other campsites we have stayed on.

Nice weekend in a tent ... The general cleanliness at the main restaurant can be improved. The resort itself is well maintained and we had a good stay.

Fantastic stay More facilities and events than expected, fantastic beach, not noisy despite busy camping/park

Family holiday We find that the house wasn’t well cleaned. Kitchen, barh and toilet were ok, the rest was in bad condition: door handles, windows (glass and profiles), radiators, under the beds…spiderwebs everywhere. We find this simply a bit too much. Moreover, there was a always a bad smel in the bathroom and the toilet. We know and don’t except everything a 100% clean for this kind of stay but this was realy at the lower limit of the acceptable. It is also time to renovate the houses. The park’s location however is perfect for us, especially with the children: you have the sea in walking distance and shoos and groceries are also in the neighbourhood as well. That’s really the main reason why we opted for Hof Domburg.

Lovely stay at Hof Domburg. So easy to get into town, just a short walk and only minutes from the beautiful beaches. The sandy patch where many previous campers have camped can be a bit annoying but the toilets are super-clean, showers hot, and general ambience really good.

The house is really convenient for groups of 8-10 people, the kitchen, living room and bedrooms are big enough and the furniture is of good quality. The fridge could be bigger. But there are missing possibilities to hang your jackets and towels. Another row of hooks in the entrance hall would be nice. In the bathroom you could also fix more hooks for the towels, you cannot hang 6-8 towels on the radiator, and there are no hooks in the bedrooms where you could hang them. In the kitchen there should be a lamp over the sink and the work surface around it. The lamp over the table does not provide enough light to work in the kitchen. Nor does the light of the exhaust hood.

Although we overall had a good experience, here are few further remarks and suggestions: The water in the baby/kids pool was too cold The opening hours of the swimming pool and the kids play area could be extended by at least another hour. Why close a retaurant at 8? The cleaning of the house should be better: there were cobwebs and spiders in nearly every corner, above the fridge was dusty as hell and no one had vacumed under the beds in a t least a few weeks. Furthermore, the downstairs bathroom smelled terribly and no amount of airing it oit helped. The air vents in the showers and in the toilets were moldy/dusty and should also be cleaned. On the topic of maintenance: the lights in the house were not bright enough; the amount of times we would enter a room and feel the need to turn on the light, just to notice they were already was rediculous. And why is there no light in the entrance area right next to where the coats go? The outside light was also not working, so the short walk to the main path was pitchblack and an adventure. In the kitchen a board under the fridge area was taken out for a new dishwasher and simply left behind the couch. The now newly opened space under the kitchen appliances was a bit of a safety hazard fornour toddler. Overall, there were a few areas of the lark where lighting was not great that could have benefitted from some extra lights, especially the path coming back from the swimming pool, and all the little paths from the houses to the main path. The selection of food at the restaurant for lunch was not too great either, especially for (little) kids. And the staff around lunch time was not very welcoming and we felt more of a bother being there than welcome guests to a restaurant. ( the evening staff on the other hand was very friendly)

Sanitärgebäude sehr veraltet Erwartungsgemäß waren die Sanitärgebäude veraltet. Leider nur wenige Duschen, die Toiletten sauber aber kaputte Türen. Unser nächster Aufenthalt wird im September sein, da werden wahrscheinlich mehr Gäste die Waschräume besuchen.Mal sehen, wie der Zustand dann sein wird. Insgesamt machen die Sanitäranlagen keinen guten Eindruck mehr.

goede service Al ruim twintig jaar gast bij Roompot, nooit geen klacht. Deze keer helaas TV op eerste avond doorgebrand. werd meteen de volgende morgen netjes een nieuwe gebracht. op dag twee lekkage kachel, dat kon niet worden opgelost, daarvoor moest een installateur komen. het kon voor de rest van het weekend geen kwaad werd ons verzekerd. Goede ervaring met de TD van het park! Bij receptie nog even verteld dat kast in keuken ook vol (vies) water stond, of schoonmaak dat kon meenemen voor de volgende gast. Medewerkster zei uit zichzelf, wat vervelend voor u en we kregen een horeca cheque.. Wij waren niet voor niets al zolang gast bij Roompot, maar nu blijven we zeker terugkomen!

Een mooi park vlak aan zee De ligging van het park was beter dan verwacht, ook het huisje was ruimer dan wij dachten en het was heel fijn dat er een berging is, die op slot kan, voor de fietsen. Het park maakt ook een schone indruk en de medewerkers waren vriendelijk.

Die Entfernungen zum Strand und zum Ort sind sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit der Sanitäranlagen sind ist ausgezeichnet.

Urlaub im November Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Verbesserungsvorschläge: In der Toilette einen Spiegel anbringen, eine Lampe im Gästezimmer funktionierte nicht.

Mooi park aan de kust Het is een fijn park, mooie omgeving en mooi zwembad. Prima accommodatie op wat kleine mankementen na. Alles wordt thuis gestuurd dus je hoeft niet langs de receptie. Heerlijk.

Gezellig naar hof van Domburg Het chalet was heel gezellig. Lekker warm konden we het maken We hadden nr 347 . Park was heel schoon Alleen we wilde uiteten op het park maar wij vonden het restaurant heel ongezellig Lange tafels , het leek net of er bingo gespeeld moest worden Maak er iets gezellig van lampjes ophangen kaarsjes op tafel enz Dat was jammer geen sfeer en de receptie was ook zo ongezellig weinig licht Maak er wat gezelligs van voor de meisjes achter de desk Die waren super vriendelijk Het personeel allemaal een dikke tien 👍👍👍

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😊 Tolle Umgebung, gemütlicher Bungalow, tolle Lage zur Stadt und zum Strand. Freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen Freizeitangebot ansprechend

Schönes Herbstwochenende Alles in allem ein schönes Herbstwochenende. Der Park wirkte eher leer. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Chalet war sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung zweckmäßig. Wir hatten das Komfort + Paket zusätzlich gebucht. Somit waren Bettwäsche und Handtücher in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Das +, für das Rituals Wohnfühl Set und das Kaffee und Teepaket haben wir im Chalet nicht gefunden, wurde uns am Servicepoint ohne Aufwand nachgeliefert. Also alles in allem, ein schönes Wochenende. 2

Goed verblijf in een schitterende omgeving Basic huisjes die toch alles hebben wat nodig is voor een aangenaam verblijf. Hof Domburg is gelegen in het mooie domburg, rijk aan natuur. Met de fiets en te voet geraak je waar je moet zijn!
