Wi-Fi

Code All the holiday accommodations on Hof Domburg have free Wi-Fi. When you stay in a bungalow, you will find the log-in code on the outside of the refrigerator. For the accommodationtypes SCR, SCRV, SCRK and the campsite you don't need a log-in code. You can also use the Wi-Fi network 'Free Wifi Roompot'.

EV charging station

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park.

Public transport

Are you travelling by public transport? You will find the following bus stops near our park:

  • Bus stop Hof Domburg, Domburg – 43 m
  • Bus stop Schelpweg, Domburg – 550 m
  • Bus stop Singel, Domburg – 900 m  

Amounts due

Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.

Service set

For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.

Visitors

Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly request your guests to report to the Service point first if they plan on staying the night, and to park (for a fee) their vehicle in the car park at De Parel.

Access to the swimming paradise

Access to De Parel swimming paradise is free for all of our visitors. You can use your Keycard to pick up your pool passes at the entrance to De Parel recreation centre during opening hours. Insert your Keycard in the designated vending machine. You will receive a pool pass for each person in your party. These passes are valid for the duration of your holiday and will only be issued once (children ages 4 and under do not receive a pass; they are admitted free without a pass). Your passes will be valid again at least four hours after your first visit to the swimming paradise.

Arrival

On the day of arrival, your accommodation will be available from 16:00. Have you booked a camping pitch? This will be ready from 13:00. You can use the park's facilities for that whole day, thus extending your holiday!

Park and holiday home access

Upon arrival at the park, open the barrier with the PIN code you received in advance by e-mail. After opening the barrier, you are immediately checked in and can drive to your accommodation or camping pitch. Your booked accommodation can be unlocked with the keycard or PIN code you received in advance. You therefore do not need to pass the Service point.

Did you not receive information about the access to your accommodation? Then collect the key, PIN or keycard of your holiday accommodation from the Service point after 16:00. Are you coming on another day or after the Service point closes? Then simply let us know in advance by calling 0031 (0)118 588 200.

Good to know: during your stay, the barrier opens automatically via licence plate recognition. It is not possible to switch cars during the stay.

Early Check-in

If you have booked Early Check-in, you can enter your accommodation as early as 12:00. To open the barrier, use the first 4 digits of the pin code you received in advance by e-mail.

Parking

One parking space is allotted to the 4- and 5-person types. From the 6-person accommodation onwards, there are 2 parking spaces available. Check your booked holiday accommodation for more information. Campsite guests can park one car on the green strips alongside the field. It is not permitted to park your car at the campsite. Additional cars can be parked at the car park at De Parel (at guest fee).

Extras

If you have booked a package starting on the arrival day, make sure you arrive before 18:00.

Have you made a reservation for accommodation type Bungalowtent ?

If you bookend a Bungalowtent, you can arrive daily from 4 until 5 pm.

Departure

We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. Did you stay at a campsite, then you have to leave this no later than 11 a.m. Should you depart the park before the official day of departure, you can deposit the key cards in the mailbox next to the park reception at the exit of Buitenhof Domburg. The park reception will then be informed of your departure.

After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65/€ 115 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
