General

Parking

You may park your vehicle at your accommodation. You may only park in the designated parking spaces, not on the grass.

EV charging station

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park.

Amounts due

Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.

Service set

For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.

Visitors

Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly ask that your visitors report to the Service point if they plan to spend the night. They can park at the extra parking lot at the recreation field at the park. 

Key card

You have received a key card with your travel information. This key card only provides access to the swimming pool, not to the park or to your holiday accommodation.

Group deposits

For group bookings we will contact you by telephone for additional information. The booking will only be made after the telephone contact.

 

For groups we use a deposit of € 500 per person. The Service point will contact you about this before the booking is made definitive.

Access to the swimming pool

All of our guests have free admission to the subtropical swimming paradise at Roompot Beach Resort in Kamperland. During opening hours of the swimming pool, you can use your key card to obtain entrance tickets.

Arrival

You are welcome at our park from 4 p.m. onwards. You may check in until 8 p.m. on Friday and until 5 p.m. on Monday. If you arrive on friday after the Service point has closed, you can check in until 9 p.m. at the eatery next to the Service point. If you will be arriving later, or will not be arriving on a Friday or a Monday, we kindly ask you to inform the Service point ahead of time on tel.:0031 (0)111 460 606. That way we can make arrangements for where you can pick up your key.

Have you booked a special package deal?

You will receive all of the necessary information about your special package at the Service point on the day you arrive. Please keep in mind that you should arrive before 6 p.m. if your special package starts on the day you check in.

Departure

We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. If you leave when the Service point is closed, you can put the key in the mailbox which is attached to the main building.

After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
