General
Amounts due
Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.
Service set
For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.
Visitors
Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly ask that your visitors report to the Service point if they plan to spend the night. They should park their vehicles outside of the camping site.
De Parel recreation centre
De Parel is the ultimate recreation centre in Domburg. In addition to the luxury Spa & Beauty Centre and the tasteful sauna gardens, you will also find a huge swimming paradise complete with indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a slide that plunges 70 metres (!), the Pelican Dive, white water rapids, whirlpool seats, hot and salt water pools, a bikini bar and a playground and sunbathing garden. In addition, De Parel offers bowling lanes, squash courts, a gym, a theatre with a café, a sports café and a restaurant, De Parelvisser.

Access swimming paradise
All guests are welcome to use De Parel swimming paradise in Domburg for free. During opening hours of the pool, you can obtain admission tickets by showing your reservation number. Entry cards are valid during your holiday and are issued only once.
Arrival
On the day of arrival, you are welcome at your camping pitch from 13:00. Have you booked accommodation? This will be available from 16:00. You can use the park's facilities for that whole day, thus extending your holiday!
Park and holiday home access
Upon arrival at the park, open the barrier with the pin code you received in advance by e-mail. After opening the barrier, you are immediately checked in and can proceed to your camping pitch, so there's no need to pass the Service point. If you've booked accommodation, then the key can be collected at the Service point. Are you coming on another day or after the Service point closes? Then simply let us know in advance by calling 0031 (0)118 551 348.
Good to know: during your stay, the barrier opens automatically via licence plate recognition. It is not possible to switch cars during the stay.
Parking
One car per camping pitch is allowed. The parking spaces on the campsite indicate where the car may be parked. A second car can be parked outside the park (ask at the Service point for more information on this).
Extras
If you have booked a package starting on the arrival day, make sure you arrive before 18:00.
Departure
We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. Did you stay at a campsite, then you have to leave this no later than 11 a.m.
After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
