With Schotsman Water Sports Centre you can (learn to) water ski or wakeboard on the water ski cable railway. You are pulled around by a ski tow across a distance of 820 metres per round. The speed is around 30 km/h. Children can enjoy the special “kids clinics waterskiën” on the mini cable ski railway. You can also rent canoes, stand-up paddle, windsurf and flyboard. There is a surf shop with recreational clothing and a restaurant. With Schotsman Water Sports Centre no one should be bored!

Exposition of live reptiles, amphibians and insects from across the world

Iguana is Europe’s biggest, completely indoors reptile zoo. Around a greenhouse, spread across four buildings, there are more than five-hundred reptiles, amphibians and insects from across the world, such as frogs, toads, salamanders, snakes, lizards, crocodiles, tortoises, insects and tarantulas. Meet the giants from the reptile world: an experience you cannot miss!

Ever since 1906, the Oesterij has been active in cultivating shellfish and molluscs. With breeding grounds in the Oosterschelde, Lake Grevelingen and the Wadden Sea, they pull out every day to harvest that brine bliss. They are happy to share this passion with you. At the historic terrain at the Havendijk 12 in Yerseke, you can take a look in the kitchen of this company. Here you can witness how this industry works and, of course, enjoy the fresh products to your heart’s content in the Tasting.

Want to go enjoy the beautiful Grevelingenmeer from the water? At Aquavitesse you can rent a canoe or a sup, among other things. Bring your sandwiches and have a pleasant picnic along the way on one of the many islands. Fun for everyone!
