Parking

Every holiday accommodation has parking space for one car. In addition, each street comes with an extra parking lot where a second car can be parked.

EV charging station

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. Some holiday homes also have a private charging point. You can book these homes as a preference. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park. 

Public transport

Are you travelling by public transport? You will find the following bus stops near our park:

  • Bus stop Hof Domburg, Domburg – 43 m
  • Bus stop Schelpweg, Domburg – 550 m
  • Bus stop Singel, Domburg – 900 m   

Amounts due

Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.

Service set

For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.

Visitors

Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly request your guest to report to the Service point first if they plan on staying the night. Visitors can park their car (for a fee) at the parking lot at De Parel.

Access to the subtropical swimming paradise

Admission to De Parel swimming paradise is free for all of our visitors. You can use your Keycard to pick up your pool passes at the entrance to De Parel recreation centre during opening hours. These passes are valid for the duration of your holiday and will only be issued once. Children ages 4 and under do not receive a pass; they are admitted free without a pass. Your passes will be valid again at least four hours after your first visit to the swimming paradise.

Arrival

You are welcome at our park from 4 p.m. onwards. During the peak season, you may check in on Mondays, until 8 p.m. During the low season it is possible to check in until 5 pm and on Fridays until 8 p.m. If you arrive after closing time of the park reception, you may sign in at the pool on Mondays and Fridays until 9 p.m. Are you arriving later? Have you booked a special package deal?

You will find all of the necessary information about your special package in your bungalow on the day you arrive. Please keep in mind that you should arrive before 6 p.m. if your special package starts on the day you check in.

Access to the accommodation

Tenants of Buitenhof Domburg can check in with the home-based Keycard.

The Keycard is strictly personal and can be used for:

  • access to your accommodation
  • admission to De Parel subtropical swimming paradise in Domburg
  • proof of ID at the park


The Keycard is not a credit card, and it is non-transferable. In case of loss or left, please notify the Service point immediately. Do not keep the Keycard on the dashboard of your car in the sun, near loudspeakers, magnets or mobile telephones.

We regularly have guests who have lost their Keycard or left it in their accommodation. If this happens, inform the Service point as soon as possible.

Wi-Fi Code

You will find the Wi-Fi log-in code on the outside of the kitchen cupboard. You can also use the Wi-Fi network 'Free Wifi Roompot'.

Departure

We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. The Keycards don't have to be returned.

After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65/€ 115 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
