General

Parking

Bos en Duin is a car free park. Parking is only allowed at the parking space at the entrance. Per accommodation, there is one car allowed and you can find a parking space with your house number. Any other cars can be parked at the public parking lot.

Public transport

Are you travelling by public transport? You will find the following bus stops near our park:

  • Bus stop Randduinweg, Oostkapelle – 600 m
  • Bus stop Egelantier, Oostkapelle – 1 km
  • Bus stop Steengrachtstraat, Oostkapelle – 1.5 km  

Amounts due

Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.

Service set

For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.

Visitors

Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly ask that your visitors report to the Service point if they plan to spend the night.

Facilities

Guests of Bos en Duin have free use of the facilities and the sports and entertainment program of holidaypark Hof Domburg

Access to the swimming pool

As guest of Bos en Duin you have free access to subtropical swimming pool De Parel at Domburg. During opening hours you can pick up your card with your Keycard. You have to put your Keycard in the appropriate machine and you will receive a card per person. Per visit, you must re-enter your Keycard in the machine. Children up to 4 years will not receive a card, but they do have access tot the swimming pool. 

Arrival

On the day of your arrival we like to welcome you at the Service point of holiday park Hof Domburg (Schelpweg 7, 4357 RD in Domburg) where you can collect the key cards for your stay at Bos en Duin.

Arrival is possible on Friday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Monday from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. You can pick up your Keycard at the Service point of holiday park Hof Domburg during these hours. If you have made reservations for an early check-in. If you arrive after the closing time of the Service point you can contact the Service point of Vrijetijdscentrum De Parel (Babelweg 2, 4357 BT in Domburg) on Monday until 10 p.m. and on Friday until 11 p.m.

Have you booked a special package deal?

You will receive all of the necessary information about your special package at the Service point on the day you arrive. Please keep in mind that you should arrive before 6 p.m. if your special package starts on the day you check in.

Access to the park/accommodation

The Keycard is strictly personal and can be used for:

  • access to the park
  • access to your bungalow
  • access to the subtropical swimming pool De Parel at Domburg
  • proof of ID at the park


The Keycard is not a credit card, and it is non-transferable. In case of loss or left, please notify the Service point immediately. Do not keep the Keycard on the dashboard of your car in the sun, near loudspeakers, magnets or mobile telephones.

We regularly have guests who have lost their Keycard or left it in their accommodation. If this happens, inform the Service point as soon as possible.

Wi-Fi Code

If your accommodation had Wi-Fi, you will find the log-in code on the outside of the kitchen cupboard.

Departure

We kindly ask that you check out of your bungalow before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. The Keycards don't have to be returned.

After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
