Parking
Only one car may be parked in our secure underground garage. Other cars should be parked outside on the street. You can park your car on the Hellingweg (paid).
Amounts due
Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.
Service set
For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.
Visitors
Visitors can park their cars outside the centre, on the Hellingweg. Visitors must be registered at the Service point.
Facilities
As a guest of Nautisch Centrum Scheveningen you enjoy free access to all the facilities at Vakantiepark Kijkduin in The Hague. During your stay, you'll have unlimited free access to the swimming pool and can take part in all sports and entertainment activities at Kijkduin free of charge. Not all park facilities are always open during the preseason and late season.
Access to the swimming pool
All guests of Nautisch Centrum Scheveningen have free access to the swimming pool of Vakantiepark Kijkduin during their stay. Card for the swimming pool can be picked up at the Service point during opening hours. Children up to 4 years will not receive a card.
Arrival
You are welcome at our park from 4 p.m. onwards. You can arrive on Mondays and Fridays until 6:00 PM. You can report at the Service point of Vakantiepark Kijkduin. If you arrive on another day or after closing time of the Service point, please contact the Service point of Vakantiepark Kijkduin on tel.: 0031 (0)704 482 100.
Route
Follow your own route planner to Hellingweg in The Hague. On Hellingweg, keep driving until you see a high-rise building on your left. Turn right into the street. After +/- 80 metres, the entrance to the car park is on the left. You can open the sliding gate with your key card. The numbers of the parking spaces communicate with the flat numbers. On your keycard, you can see which entrance you can take to the flat. A parking space in the car park is reserved for each flat. Any further car can be parked outside the car park in the public car parks (for a fee between 18 and 24 hours). Several charging points for electric cars are also located along the public road. In the car park, to the left of the entrance, there is a bicycle shed where you can park your bicycle free of charge.
Have you booked a special package deal?
You will receive all of the necessary information about your special package at the Service point on the day you arrive. Please keep in mind that you should arrive before 6 p.m. if your special package starts on the day you check in.
Key card
The Keycard is not a credit card, and it is non-transferable. In case of loss or left, please notify the Service point immediately. Do not keep the Keycard on the dashboard of your car in the sun, near loudspeakers, magnets or mobile telephones.We regularly have guests who have lost their Keycard or left it in their accommodation. If this happens, inform the Service point as soon as possible. Did you not receive a key card? Wi-Fi Code
You will find the Wi-Fi log-in code on the outside of the kitchen cupboard.
Departure
We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. U will be checked out automatically. The Keycards don't have to be returned.
After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
