Visitors

Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly ask that your visitors report to the Service point if they plan to spend the night.

Charging an electric vehicle

Charging your electric cars is possible if your home has a private charging point. There are no central charging points at the park.  

Arrival

You are welcome at our park from 4 p.m. onwards. You may check in until 5 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays. If you arrive on another day or after closing time of the Service point, please contact the Service point on tel.: 0031 (0) 174 - 420 126.

Departure

We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.

After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage.

Changed your plans? No problem, you can change your booking for free up to 28 days before arrival.

Want to pay in instalments at no extra cost? No problem! You pay the first instalment within 15 days of booking and the total amount no later than 8 weeks before arrival.

This applies to bookings with an arrival date that is at least 30 days from the day of booking. You can cancel easily via My Roompot. Did you book a last-minute holiday with arrival within 30 days? Or do you want to cancel after 14 days? Then our normal cancellation rates apply.
