Very Nice Place It Would have been a 10 out of 10 if our frontdoor was working and if the night Security were more serviceminded. Nok it is a 8 out of 10 stay - still very good 😉

Great place but strange attitude Everything was great, except for accusations that Im staying in Cape Helios for the reason of work and taking deposit for this (wtf??). I hope next time there will be no unnecessary accusations and threats to cancel my booking on the day of arrival. Ive been staying a couple of times at your premises, all the times not causing hassle to your colleagues and didnt have any bad experience, always left apartments clean and tidy. But arguing that Im gonna work during my visit of Cape Helios - thats too much. Also if you make accusations about work, please specify what kind of work you imply. As to me its not clear till now whats wrong with a working person booking a stay at your complex.

Trevligt hotell På genomresa och bokade någon timme innan ankomst. Bra bemötande och stort trevligt rum. Åt enkel kvällsmat som var mycket god och frukosten hade allt vi kunde önska. Rekommenderas

I have stayed here before always get good accommodation

Im staying at Cape Helios and other facilities of Roompot quite often due to regular business trips. Its a great opportunity for me and an alternative to expensive hotels. Although I cannot feel myself fully as at home when staying at Roompot, but the personnel and tidiness of the place always make a great experience for me every time Im there. Also that would be great if you introduce a discount system for regular customers of yours.

Tax evading facility They surroundings was great, the room seemed great... But It was cold with no temp control, only cooling. Sound insulation was non existent. Water pressure was so low that it was very difficult to get showered properly (my wife did not succeed to rinse her hair). In the restaurant the menu was very narrow and second evening we made a mistake of trying those pizzas. Really? You have the nerve to call those buns pizzas? We have lived the past three years in Rome... Come on, those are bakery items, not pizzas. When checking out I was told I cannot get a proper invoice, because I reserved from your website? What, are you evading taxes? How do I invoice this stay to my Company? For sure, Were NEVER coming AGAIN!!!

Have stayed at C H many times. We stay here as a base for a weeks fishing trip. All the staff are more then helpfull and the acomidation is all ways clean and tidy. Have stayed in other accommodation on our early visits but found C H from a recommendation and cant praise it enough. Will be booking with them for next years trip. Definitely a 10 out of 10

The best weekend with friends We were a group of 14 friends from the UK staying at Cape Helius for a long weekend. Amazing holiday park. Villas just perfect. All the staff so friendly and helpful. Only a 10 minute walk to the harbour. We had such an amazing time. We will definitely be back again.

A fabulous home from home holiday resort. Cape Helius is in a beautiful location with superb views of the lake. The apartment was clean and tastefully furnished. Staff are the resort were so friendly and helpful.

Great location and for the most part everything we needed was there. Sometimes the neighbours were very noisy but normally this stopped at 10.00 pm

Amazing stay, a few little issues with the accommodation, however they were quickly resolved, nothing was too much trouble.

only one bad thing is a boat ramp which need to be little bit more deeper, and two green iron garages are on bad place, please take it back we need more space for trailering our boats.

Sehr zufrieden Wir kommen immer wieder gerne ins Cape Helius, die Anlage ist in einem schönen und gepflegten Zustand.

Mooi hotel direct aan strand, balkon echter niet toegankelijk. Ik zat dit weekend in het hotel van cape helius, een mooi hotel direct aan het strand! Het hotel is netjes en schoon en het personeel is vriendelijk. Ik had het hotel geboekt om lekker tot rust te komen en uit te waaien. Via voordeeluitjes.nl kwam ik bij cape helius uit, direct aan het strand en alle kamers voorzien van een balkon, echter was via voordeeluitjes niet aangegeven dat de balkons tijdelijk niet beschikbaar waren wegens onveiligheid dit vond ik (als roker, sorry) wel echt een minpuntje! Uiteraard kan het personeel van cape helius hier niet veel aandoen en gaven als compensatie wel een bon voor koffie/thee met een stukje gebak. Dit vond ik wel netjes, maar als ik dit vantevoren geweten zou hebben had ik toch een andere accommodatie gezocht. Ondanks dit minpuntje zou ik hier zeker nog een keer willen verblijven als de balkons weer toegankelijk zijn en dan een kamer boeken met uitzicht op zee! Het ontbijt is lekker en keuze genoeg!

Ben op park cape helius geweest voor 1 overnachting in het hotel. Mooie ruime kamer schoon alleen in het bedlinnen zaten vlekken. Wel heel gehorig. Helaas kon ik geen gebruik maken van het balkon ivm werkzaamheden maar dat hadden ze netjes opgelost met een voucher voor gratis koffie met gebak. Helaas toen ik deze bij vertrek wilde inleveren zodat ik op het terras nog even lekker van het zonnetje kon genieten was dit niet mogelijk. De keuken was al dicht. Slechte service. Erg jammer. Hoe moeilijk kan het zijn even een bakje koffie en een stukje gebak te pakken. Ook kon je het diner niet op je kamernummer laten zetten. Personeel verder wel vriendelijk. Mooie omgeving een in Hellevoetsluis hebben ze een leuk winkelcentrum.

Heerlijk verblijf. Het was een prachtige hotelkamer, met zelfs een zitje met twee makkelijke stoelen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en zeer goed.

Alles Gut Kompetentes, sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Team. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Gern nochmal! Tolle und gepflegte Anlage, nettes Personal, Haus perfekt ausgestattet, groß und geräumig. Betten sind sehr bequem, Sauna hervorragend. Sowohl Haus, Anlage und Umgebung sind Sehr kinderfreundlich. Unseren Anglern hat es auch an nichts gefehlt. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Rezeption stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung.
