Fantastic.. Everyone was so freindly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them, above and beyond staff.

Great place but strange attitude Everything was great, except for accusations that Im staying in Cape Helios for the reason of work and taking deposit for this (wtf??). I hope next time there will be no unnecessary accusations and threats to cancel my booking on the day of arrival. Ive been staying a couple of times at your premises, all the times not causing hassle to your colleagues and didnt have any bad experience, always left apartments clean and tidy. But arguing that Im gonna work during my visit of Cape Helios - thats too much. Also if you make accusations about work, please specify what kind of work you imply. As to me its not clear till now whats wrong with a working person booking a stay at your complex.

Trevligt hotell På genomresa och bokade någon timme innan ankomst. Bra bemötande och stort trevligt rum. Åt enkel kvällsmat som var mycket god och frukosten hade allt vi kunde önska. Rekommenderas

I have stayed here before always get good accommodation

Im staying at Cape Helios and other facilities of Roompot quite often due to regular business trips. Its a great opportunity for me and an alternative to expensive hotels. Although I cannot feel myself fully as at home when staying at Roompot, but the personnel and tidiness of the place always make a great experience for me every time Im there. Also that would be great if you introduce a discount system for regular customers of yours.

Tax evading facility They surroundings was great, the room seemed great... But It was cold with no temp control, only cooling. Sound insulation was non existent. Water pressure was so low that it was very difficult to get showered properly (my wife did not succeed to rinse her hair). In the restaurant the menu was very narrow and second evening we made a mistake of trying those pizzas. Really? You have the nerve to call those buns pizzas? We have lived the past three years in Rome... Come on, those are bakery items, not pizzas. When checking out I was told I cannot get a proper invoice, because I reserved from your website? What, are you evading taxes? How do I invoice this stay to my Company? For sure, Were NEVER coming AGAIN!!!

Have stayed at C H many times. We stay here as a base for a weeks fishing trip. All the staff are more then helpfull and the acomidation is all ways clean and tidy. Have stayed in other accommodation on our early visits but found C H from a recommendation and cant praise it enough. Will be booking with them for next years trip. Definitely a 10 out of 10

The best weekend with friends We were a group of 14 friends from the UK staying at Cape Helius for a long weekend. Amazing holiday park. Villas just perfect. All the staff so friendly and helpful. Only a 10 minute walk to the harbour. We had such an amazing time. We will definitely be back again.

A fabulous home from home holiday resort. Cape Helius is in a beautiful location with superb views of the lake. The apartment was clean and tastefully furnished. Staff are the resort were so friendly and helpful.

Great location and for the most part everything we needed was there. Sometimes the neighbours were very noisy but normally this stopped at 10.00 pm

Amazing stay, a few little issues with the accommodation, however they were quickly resolved, nothing was too much trouble.

only one bad thing is a boat ramp which need to be little bit more deeper, and two green iron garages are on bad place, please take it back we need more space for trailering our boats.

The park surroundings are charming. Thanks to the friendly service, I feel at home here.

Recensie van het resideren bij Kaap Hellevoet! De omgeving is een beetje saai. Dat het er rustig is, vond ik prettig maar de omgeving op zich is aan de saaie kant. Roompot Cape Helius is meer een verblijfplaats voor contractarbeiders uit Roemenië, Polen en Tsjechië. Dat doet afbreuk aan het fenomeen vakantiepark. Hoewel ze geen overlast veroorzaken, horen ze daar niet thuis. Cape Helius vind ik bovendien geen passende naam voor een Nederlands vakantiepark. Noen het dan gewoon Kaap Hellevoet, gewoon lekker Nederlands. Dan is er nog iets: er kan nergens in de kamer een raam open waardoor niet geventileerd kan worden. Ventileren en frisse lucht verkrijgen is iets heel belangrijks. De balkondeuren konden ook niet open vanwege werkzaamheden. Er moet op zijn minst een raam open kunnen. De architect en uitvoerders hadden daar weldegelijk stil bij mogen staan. De vloer in de badkamer rondom het toilet was trouwens smerig, evenals de wc-bril. Er is echt niet goed schoongemaakt aldaar. De bedden waren wel netjes verschoond.

Dikke aanrader!!! Heerlijke bedden, vriendelijk personeel, het is allemaal fris en schoon, er hangt een heerlijke geur bij binnenkomst, kamer met uitzicht op zee, erg uitgebreid ontbijt.. kortom.. geweldig! Wij komen ZEKER terug!!

Cape Helius Roompot Het is een prachtig park met fijne appartementen. De instructies vooraf zijn makkelijk toe te passen. Het park ligt prachtig aan het Haringvliet. Wij hadden uitzicht over de jachthaven. Containers (afvalstroom) goed bereikbaar. Super fijn restaurant en het personeel is erg klantvriendelijk.

Leuke vakantie verblijf cape helius De ruimte was ruimer dan ik had verwacht,de uitzicht vanuit mijn slaapkamer was fantastisch. Wat ik wel miste was een stoel om vanuit de balkon van de uitzicht te genieten.

Mooi hotel Vorige keer zo ontzettend genoten van dit hotel. Dus wederom geboekt. Mooie ruime kamers. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Super hotel!

had een verzoek gedaan of een zeepdispatcher gevuld kon worden,maar na 3nachten nog niet gevuld ,maar voor al het andere perfect gezellig en vriendelijk personeel .
