You will find the Wi-Fi log-in code on the outside of the kitchen cupboard.

EV charging station

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. Some holiday homes also have a private charging point. You can book these homes as a preference. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park. 

Amounts due

Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.

Service set

For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.

Visitors

Friends and family are very welcome. It is possible to receive visitors during the day, between 8:00 and 23:00. If the visitors stay after 23:00, they must sign up at the Service point. Day visitors can park their vehicles outside the park.

Access to the subtropical swimming paradise 

All guests are welcome to use De Roompot swimming paradise in Kamperland. You can use your Keycard to pick up your pool passes at the entrance to De Parel recreation centre during opening hours. When you don’t have a Keycard, you can get your pool passes at the Service point. The pool passes are valid during your vacation and are provided only once. Children ages 4 and under will not be issued a card. Your pool passes are valid 4 hours after admission. 

Arrival

On the day of arrival, your accommodation will be available from 16:00. Have you booked a hotelroom? This will be ready from 14:00. You can use the park's facilities for that whole day, thus extending your holiday!

Park and holiday home access

Upon arrival at the park, open the barrier with the PIN code you received in advance by e-mail. After opening the barrier, you can drive to your accommodation. Your booked accommodation can be unlocked with the keycard you received in advance. You therefore do not need to pass the Service point. Have you booked a hotel room? Then check in at the Service point at the main entrance, where you will receive your room key.

Did you not receive information about the access to your accommodation? Then collect the keycard of your holiday accommodation from the Service point after 16:00. Are you coming on another day or after the Service point closes? Then simply let us know in advance by calling 0031 (0)181 330 160.

Good to know: during your stay, the barrier opens automatically via licence plate recognition. Enter your license plate number in advance via My Roompot. It is not possible to switch cars during the stay.

Parking

You can park your car for free at your holiday accommodation or nearby. You can park a second car in the car park. Check your booked holiday accommodation for more information.

Extras

If you have booked a package starting on the arrival day, make sure you arrive before 18:00.

Departure

We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. Did you stay at a hotel room, then you have to leave this no later than 11 a.m. The Keycards don't have to be returned.

After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
