This new, detached villa is suitable for 4 persons and is located at the (fishing) water with its own jetty and sloop (sloop use in the months March to October). On the ground floor you will find a spacious hall with toilet and an open kitchen with a combination microwave, (filter) coffee machine, water boiler and dishwasher. From the living room, equipped with a sofa with 2 armchairs and a smart TV, you have a wonderful view of the water. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Outside is a garden with terrace (partly roofed), garden furniture and (mooring) jetty. There is parking space for 2 cars at the villa and you can make free use of the wifi.
