Bad service. we couldnt checkin at 4pm and waited 75mns before we got to our house. then we got a house for special needs that we didnt requested. we called the reception and their reaction was: Is it too low for you?. Eventually we could move to another house but only after waiting until 7:15pm and I had to make the call if the house was ready! Really disappointing. It ruined our arrival/ first night, it wasnt pleasant for the kids and there was nothing from Roompot to make it up to us.

Christmas break for family visits Again an enjoyable stay at Roompot Zandvoort. Perfect location, just across the street of the beach. Houses have minimalist trendy furniture. Enough of space for our family of 3 and dog.

Very nice sunny short stay We were in Zandvoort for the weekend with my husband and our dog. We were lucky with the weather. Can absolutely recommend for dog owners.

We booked the coffee camp for one week (17.-24.9.24) and payed 6000€. The Kennemer Lodge is definitely too small for 6 people. Of course, if you read the explanations carefully you will recognize that before, but in our opinion you can offer this house only for four people, not for six. For this reason we knew we have to book another house we were suprised that there is not enough space.The staff was unfriendly, did not understand that it was a big problem for us, cause it was our wedding that we celebrated at the hippie fish and we promised enough beds to our inner circle that we invited to stay with us at roompot. No discount, no will to help us and it took us ages to get the other house.First collegue we reached on the 18th at the reception told us that we should come back later, cause she is new. We came back later and then the other collegue told us that now everything is fully booked. In the morning it was still possible to book a house online. We did not do that cause we thought its easier to get help from reception but nobody was really interested. I was nearly crying cause we were kind of desperate. After a long time of discussions we got this extra house from friday to monday for nearly 800€!!! and the collegue promised us an early checkin to compensate this mess. I did not ask for it, she offered it and we were thankful. When we came on friday to get the keys I told the women that we have an early checkin cause of all the trouble and so on. She didnt listen to me and gave me a lecture of what an early check in means and that nobody gets an early checkin if there is no receipt. To be honest, I was speechless. Then she gave the keys to me and said that she gonna do an exeption cause the house is already ready. I felt called down to be honest. We were asking for some extra towels which they gave us, but it was feelable that is was unintentionally. The other three houses and the coffee camp were really nice. Only minus at the coffee camp was that the coffee machine was not ready when we checked in and had to be cleaned. Of course, the machine has to be cleaned regulary during the stay but before checkin that should be done. Checkout time at ten is really early therefore that we had to clean everything by ourselves and put the linen off the beds. I hope this message helps you to improve your customer service and get your staff trained better for irregularaties.

Roompot Zandvoort Everything was great, the only thing to mention was the lack of cupboard space/storage in the bedrooms & where to store suitcases etc (little bit lack of room but not a big problem). Overall, I would definitively recommend Roompot to everyone & we will definitely be back next year!

breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape I recently stayed in a beautifully maintained home within a well-kept residence, and I was thoroughly impressed. The modern design of the space, combined with its stunning beachfront location, made for an unforgettable experience. Waking up to the sunrise right outside the window was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, especially the kitchen, which had all the essentials for preparing meals. The bedrooms were lovely, and the spacious shower added an extra touch of luxury. I highly recommend this property—it’s truly a convenient and exceptional place to stay!

Two bedroom windows leaked during a rain storm. It appears to be a regular problem arising due to poor quality construction materials. We were nicely compensated for the inconvenience, and the maintenance staff were very helpful and professional

Nice service at check-in. Good equipment, glasses, plates etc in kitchen. Little small bedrooms but its okay.

Lovely stay and perfect location We stayed here as a couple and with friends.. our main reason for our stay was The Luminosity Beach Festival, which is only a 15 minute walk from Roompot. Lovely onsite shop with friendly and helpful staff! Will definitely be using Roompot again 😊

Location is excellent Roompot zandvoort was closer to the Luminosity venue compared to the Roompot Bloemendaal we stayed in last year

It had all the space and essentials needed. Was very close to the event and easy to find. We loved it. Tried to book again straight away but it looks like it is booked up for next year 🙁

Everything was fine: the house, the fact that the beds were made, the beach and it was also very nice for the dogs.

Aufenthalt im Roomport Zandvoort im April 2025 Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption war diesmal nicht gut. Unfreundliche und kurze Antworten auf Fragen die man hatte. Wir haben uns für über 100€ Fahrräder ausgeliehen. Die Qualität der Fahrräder ist mangelhaft. Ein Fahrrad sogar so defekt das es umgetauscht werden musste. In dem Ferienhaus mit der Hausnummer 33 war der Abfluss in der Dusche sehr schlecht. Es roch im Badezimmer immer nach Fäkalien (leicht). Innenwände sollten unbedingt gestrichen werden ( Treppenhaus und Flur oben) . Ich hoffe die Punkte können angestellt werden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Tobias Skowronnek

Vermasselte Geburtstagsunterkunft Ich habe die Unterkunft zum Geburtstag meiner Tochter gebucht, weil sie ein grosser Formel 1-Fan ist. Als wir ankamen, war Kühlschrank, Herd und Arbeitsplatte, sowie der Fussboden dreckig. Es lagen Heineken-Kronkorken drin und auch Zigarettenstumel vor der der Tür und im Garten. Alles war versifft. Obwohl wir keinen Kaffee gemacht haben, lag überall Zucker verstreut und der Boden war dreckig. Das Haus war nicht geputzt. Es hing eine Nudel von was weiss ich wann über dem Esszimmertisch an der Wand. Wir haben uns überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt.

Wohnung war verdreckt ( z.B. Nudeln auf dem Boden, Fenster extrem dreckig, Küche und Oberfläche verschmutzt. Kidsclub zu, altes Leihspielzeug

Super Haus, Küche war gut ausgestattet, tolle Lage. Die Rennbahn war ganz schön laut, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Matratzen waren für uns viel zu weich, die Kinder hat es nicht gestört. Eine größere Terrasse zum draußen sitzen/Essen wäre schön gewesen. Sehr freundliches Personal 👍🏼

Alles ok, nur Sie dürfen keine Unterschiede machen mit den Gästen, wir waren mir Freunden im Roompot Zandvoort die ein anderes Haus hatten, unsere Freunde haben ein Abschiedgeschenk bekommen wir aber nicht😟es geht mir nicht um das Geschenk ist aber trotzdem nicht angebracht😟

Es war okay Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Haus war auch in einem sehr guten Zustand, allerdings war es nicht sehr sauber. Da ist definitiv Handlungsbedarf. Ebenfalls waren wir enttäuscht, dass der Kidsclub geschlossen hat. Hierüber wurden wir nicht informiert. Die Restaurantschließung ist ebenfalls sehr schade. Mit diesen Voraussetzungen würden wir kein zweites Mal buchen.

Nie wieder! Das Haus war bei Ankunft leider dreckig. Wir haben dies direkt bei der Rezeption gemeldet, uns wurde angeboten, dass noch einmal sauber gemacht wird. Da wir allerdings mit 2 kleinen Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen im Haus waren und auspacken/essen etc wollten, erschien uns dies als sehr unpraktisch. Deshalb haben wir selber sauber gemacht. Heute, am Abreisetag haben wir die Betten abgezogen und ich musste mich vor Ekel fast übergeben. Die Matratze und auch die Decken (!) waren soooo dreckig, Blut, Urin und ich will gar nicht wissen, was sonst noch. In so einem Bett haben wir 6 Nächte mit unserem Kind geschlafen. Unfassbar!

Leider waren die Zimmer bzw. Das ganze Haus sehr dreckig! Ich musste erstmal alles putzen. Das war ekelhaft. Dann wurde das Haus viel zu warm. Die Hunde konnte man nicht drinnen lassen, sonst wären die an Hitzeschlag gestorben. Draußen waren es nur 15 grad. Möchte nicht wissen wie es im Sommer ist.

Ankunft top / Häuschen sehr zufrieden/ Sauberkeit dürfte besser sein / der Lärm finde ich schade , dürfte weniger sein

Roompot Zandvoort Es ist ein schöner Park, mit direkter Lage am Strand. Uns war bewusst, dass der Circuit Zandvoort in unmittelbarer Nähe ist und wir dachten, vorbereitet gewesen zu sein. Die Lärmbelästigung war eigentlich nicht zumutbar, es wurden täglich von 09:00 h - 21:00 h Rennen welcher Art auch immer durchgeführt. Das Highlight war, dass am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes morgens ab 07:35 h die Nachtruhe durch überlautes abspielen aktueller Hits vom Circuit gestört wurde. Die Bungalows im Park sind schön, nur durch die Nähe der einzelnen Bungalows untereinander, bestand keinerlei Privatsphäre. Man konnte die Nachbarn ständig beobachten und man fühlte sich auch so. Grund der Buchung war auch das Restaurant/Brasserie, die leider ab dem 31.03.25 ihren Betrieb eingestellte hat, weil es direkt am Strand genügend Lokalitäten geben würde. Leider waren die alle noch im Aufbau oder geschlossen. Es gibt viel Verbesserungspotential!

Es war sehr schön. Die Unterkünfte sind groß genug und gut ausgestattet. Das einzige störend ist die Rennstrecke nebenan.
