Bad service. we couldnt checkin at 4pm and waited 75mns before we got to our house. then we got a house for special needs that we didnt requested. we called the reception and their reaction was: Is it too low for you?. Eventually we could move to another house but only after waiting until 7:15pm and I had to make the call if the house was ready! Really disappointing. It ruined our arrival/ first night, it wasnt pleasant for the kids and there was nothing from Roompot to make it up to us.

Christmas break for family visits Again an enjoyable stay at Roompot Zandvoort. Perfect location, just across the street of the beach. Houses have minimalist trendy furniture. Enough of space for our family of 3 and dog.

Very nice sunny short stay We were in Zandvoort for the weekend with my husband and our dog. We were lucky with the weather. Can absolutely recommend for dog owners.

We booked the coffee camp for one week (17.-24.9.24) and payed 6000€. The Kennemer Lodge is definitely too small for 6 people. Of course, if you read the explanations carefully you will recognize that before, but in our opinion you can offer this house only for four people, not for six. For this reason we knew we have to book another house we were suprised that there is not enough space.The staff was unfriendly, did not understand that it was a big problem for us, cause it was our wedding that we celebrated at the hippie fish and we promised enough beds to our inner circle that we invited to stay with us at roompot. No discount, no will to help us and it took us ages to get the other house.First collegue we reached on the 18th at the reception told us that we should come back later, cause she is new. We came back later and then the other collegue told us that now everything is fully booked. In the morning it was still possible to book a house online. We did not do that cause we thought its easier to get help from reception but nobody was really interested. I was nearly crying cause we were kind of desperate. After a long time of discussions we got this extra house from friday to monday for nearly 800€!!! and the collegue promised us an early checkin to compensate this mess. I did not ask for it, she offered it and we were thankful. When we came on friday to get the keys I told the women that we have an early checkin cause of all the trouble and so on. She didnt listen to me and gave me a lecture of what an early check in means and that nobody gets an early checkin if there is no receipt. To be honest, I was speechless. Then she gave the keys to me and said that she gonna do an exeption cause the house is already ready. I felt called down to be honest. We were asking for some extra towels which they gave us, but it was feelable that is was unintentionally. The other three houses and the coffee camp were really nice. Only minus at the coffee camp was that the coffee machine was not ready when we checked in and had to be cleaned. Of course, the machine has to be cleaned regulary during the stay but before checkin that should be done. Checkout time at ten is really early therefore that we had to clean everything by ourselves and put the linen off the beds. I hope this message helps you to improve your customer service and get your staff trained better for irregularaties.

Roompot Zandvoort Everything was great, the only thing to mention was the lack of cupboard space/storage in the bedrooms & where to store suitcases etc (little bit lack of room but not a big problem). Overall, I would definitively recommend Roompot to everyone & we will definitely be back next year!

breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape I recently stayed in a beautifully maintained home within a well-kept residence, and I was thoroughly impressed. The modern design of the space, combined with its stunning beachfront location, made for an unforgettable experience. Waking up to the sunrise right outside the window was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, especially the kitchen, which had all the essentials for preparing meals. The bedrooms were lovely, and the spacious shower added an extra touch of luxury. I highly recommend this property—it’s truly a convenient and exceptional place to stay!

Two bedroom windows leaked during a rain storm. It appears to be a regular problem arising due to poor quality construction materials. We were nicely compensated for the inconvenience, and the maintenance staff were very helpful and professional

Nice service at check-in. Good equipment, glasses, plates etc in kitchen. Little small bedrooms but its okay.

Lovely stay and perfect location We stayed here as a couple and with friends.. our main reason for our stay was The Luminosity Beach Festival, which is only a 15 minute walk from Roompot. Lovely onsite shop with friendly and helpful staff! Will definitely be using Roompot again 😊

Location is excellent Roompot zandvoort was closer to the Luminosity venue compared to the Roompot Bloemendaal we stayed in last year

It had all the space and essentials needed. Was very close to the event and easy to find. We loved it. Tried to book again straight away but it looks like it is booked up for next year 🙁

Everything was fine: the house, the fact that the beds were made, the beach and it was also very nice for the dogs.

Heerlijk verblijf Mooie huisjes, vriendelijke receptie en prachtige omgeving!

Tevreden klant Huisje is schoon, netjes en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De keuken voorziening zijn echt goed! Goeie pannen etc. Ook zo mooi het extraatje van schoonmaakpakketje. Jammer dat de fantastische kamerplant dood ging. Zag dat bij alle huisjes. Zit schimmel in de hydrakorrels en staat op vloerverwarming. Overigens mooie plant. Locatie dichtbij het strand is natuurlijk heerlijk! Broodjes zijn prijzig, maar wel heel goed! Service medewerkers zijn echt heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het park ziet er echt verzorgd uit. Tweepersoonsbed was niet helemaal goed, zat een kuil in. Slaapvide was wel goed. Een mooie vakantiepark hoor! Wij hebben ervan genoten.

Om nog eens terug te komen! Mooi aangelegd park, ontzettend leuk huisje met fijne complete inrichting en mooie locatie.

Lopen naar strand in fijn huisje Heerlijk tinny huisje op loopafstand naar het strand. Personeel van de receptie is heel behulpzaam en denkt goed mee met bijboeken, activiteiten en het zoeken naar een brievenbus .

Rust Luxe in huisje rustig en mooi gelegen aan strand

Prachtige plek en heel fijn en modern huisje! Fijne ontvangst, vriendelijk personeel, fijne en schone huisjes die leuk zijn ingericht. Huisje niet bereikbaar met auto, maar de bolderkar welke daarvoor klaarstond werkte prima. Het winkeltje was fijn; Vooral voor de verse broodjes, koffie en sinaasappelsap in de ochtend. Bij vertrek een onverwacht maar leuk cadeautje meegekregen. Alles bij elkaar dus een fijne ervaring!

Op zich perfect, maar er zijn wat verbeterpunten Op zich was het perfect; de ligging en het huisje. Maar we hebben de hele week problemen met wifi en tv gehad. Er werd alles aan gedaan om het op te lossen, maar het lukte niet. Dit lag zeker niet aan de medewerkers; zij hebben echt ontzettend hun best gedaan. Het lag buiten macht. Maar door de problemen was het wel minder dan verwacht; we hebben iedere dag medewerkers in ons huisje gehad, dus het was niet zo relaxed als gehoopt.

Fijn verblijf op Roompot Zandvoort Het huisje (Pitstop) was keurig schoongemaakt bij aankomst. Het huisje zelf was erg leuk en mooi ingericht. Op het park zelf zit niet mega veel; een klein winkeltje met verse broodjes zit bij de receptie. Ook is er een brasserie op het park gelegen. Hier kun je eten afhalen maar je kunt er ook eten. De menukaart was echt overtreffelijk goed. Het personeel bij de receptie is heel vriendelijk. In de Roompot app kun je ook naar de spellenbox, heel leuk om te doen! Wij hebben echt een fijn verblijf gehad op Roompot Zandvoort!

Schöne Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub Nettes Personal. Schöne Unterkunft, trotz Heizung war es uns im Haus etwas zu kalt, da die Heizkörper im Obergeschoss nachmittags/abends runter geregelt wurden. Tagsüber hat man Autos auf der Rennstrecke gehört, was uns nicht gestört hat, sonst war es sehr ruhig. Gemütlicher Wohn-/Essbereich und bequeme Betten mit einer großen Auswahl an Kissen.

Es war alles i.O. Der Check-out könnte später sein.

3 Schöne Wintertage Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von der Unterkunft: der Wohnraum war sehr schön und gemütlich und bei Ankunft mit Fußbodenheizung angenehm beheizt. Lediglich die Schlafzimmer waren durch Dachschrägen in PitStop 4 sehr klein und etwas beengt. Dank des tollen Wetters konnten wir sogar die Sonne auf der Terrasse genießen. Auch wenn die Häuser recht eng stehen, hatten wir nie das Gefühl zu wenig Privatsphäre gehabt zu haben. Wichtige Utensilien wie Schwamm, Geschirrspülmittel und Tabs waren zum Glück da, sogar ein paar Nespresso-Kapseln und ein Duschset von Rituals! Salz, Peffer und andere Dinge, die man zum Kochen braucht, muss man allerdings besorgen. Dafür bekommt man frische Brötchen und frisch gepressten Orangensaft und vieles anderes in der Rezeption. Nach einem kurzen Weg über die Straße ist man in 4 Min. direkt am schönen Strand, nebenan kann man auch herrlich durch die Dünenlandschaft spazieren. Wir haben 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof/in den Stadtkern zum Einkaufen gebraucht. Wir kommen wieder!
