Very nice sunny short stay We were in Zandvoort for the weekend with my husband and our dog. We were lucky with the weather. Can absolutely recommend for dog owners.

We booked the coffee camp for one week (17.-24.9.24) and payed 6000€. The Kennemer Lodge is definitely too small for 6 people. Of course, if you read the explanations carefully you will recognize that before, but in our opinion you can offer this house only for four people, not for six. For this reason we knew we have to book another house we were suprised that there is not enough space.The staff was unfriendly, did not understand that it was a big problem for us, cause it was our wedding that we celebrated at the hippie fish and we promised enough beds to our inner circle that we invited to stay with us at roompot. No discount, no will to help us and it took us ages to get the other house.First collegue we reached on the 18th at the reception told us that we should come back later, cause she is new. We came back later and then the other collegue told us that now everything is fully booked. In the morning it was still possible to book a house online. We did not do that cause we thought its easier to get help from reception but nobody was really interested. I was nearly crying cause we were kind of desperate. After a long time of discussions we got this extra house from friday to monday for nearly 800€!!! and the collegue promised us an early checkin to compensate this mess. I did not ask for it, she offered it and we were thankful. When we came on friday to get the keys I told the women that we have an early checkin cause of all the trouble and so on. She didnt listen to me and gave me a lecture of what an early check in means and that nobody gets an early checkin if there is no receipt. To be honest, I was speechless. Then she gave the keys to me and said that she gonna do an exeption cause the house is already ready. I felt called down to be honest. We were asking for some extra towels which they gave us, but it was feelable that is was unintentionally. The other three houses and the coffee camp were really nice. Only minus at the coffee camp was that the coffee machine was not ready when we checked in and had to be cleaned. Of course, the machine has to be cleaned regulary during the stay but before checkin that should be done. Checkout time at ten is really early therefore that we had to clean everything by ourselves and put the linen off the beds. I hope this message helps you to improve your customer service and get your staff trained better for irregularaties.

Roompot Zandvoort Everything was great, the only thing to mention was the lack of cupboard space/storage in the bedrooms & where to store suitcases etc (little bit lack of room but not a big problem). Overall, I would definitively recommend Roompot to everyone & we will definitely be back next year!

breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape I recently stayed in a beautifully maintained home within a well-kept residence, and I was thoroughly impressed. The modern design of the space, combined with its stunning beachfront location, made for an unforgettable experience. Waking up to the sunrise right outside the window was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, especially the kitchen, which had all the essentials for preparing meals. The bedrooms were lovely, and the spacious shower added an extra touch of luxury. I highly recommend this property—it’s truly a convenient and exceptional place to stay!

Two bedroom windows leaked during a rain storm. It appears to be a regular problem arising due to poor quality construction materials. We were nicely compensated for the inconvenience, and the maintenance staff were very helpful and professional

Nice service at check-in. Good equipment, glasses, plates etc in kitchen. Little small bedrooms but its okay.

Lovely stay and perfect location We stayed here as a couple and with friends.. our main reason for our stay was The Luminosity Beach Festival, which is only a 15 minute walk from Roompot. Lovely onsite shop with friendly and helpful staff! Will definitely be using Roompot again 😊

Location is excellent Roompot zandvoort was closer to the Luminosity venue compared to the Roompot Bloemendaal we stayed in last year

It had all the space and essentials needed. Was very close to the event and easy to find. We loved it. Tried to book again straight away but it looks like it is booked up for next year 🙁

Everything was fine: the house, the fact that the beds were made, the beach and it was also very nice for the dogs.

Alles Top War sehr gut!

Leuk park en dichtbij het strand. Goede faciliteiten. Fijn ook dat er een restaurant is met afhaal mogelijkheden. Ook voor kinderen leuke speel mogelijkheden. We hebben een fijne week gehad.

Voll ausgestattetes gemütliches Haus. Der Strand sehr gut erreichbar. Haarlem als schöne und interessante Stadt in der Nähe.

Es war sehr schön , entspannend ,netter Service . Das Restaurant war super . Die Rennstrecke war super ,sowie die ganze Umgebung . Trotz der Herbstlichen Witterung, waren die Spaziergänge am Strand erholsam

Es ist alles sehr sauber, schöne Aufteilung der Unterkünfte, super geeignet mit Hund, nettes Personal, schnell am sehr langen Strand…

Verblijf in Qurios Zandvoort De aankomst met inchecken verliep soepel. Het huisje was schoon en warm en de keuken is goed ingericht. De verwarming was i.t.t. Centerparcs goed in te stellen. Belangrijk in deze tijd van het jaar. Dat de bedden opgemaakt zijn bij aankomst zonder extra betaling is fijn. De kleine dingetjes zoals een setje Rituals en de eerste keukenhulpjes als vaatwastabletten etc. laten zien dat erover nagedacht is hoe men het een gast comfortabel kan maken met kleine dingetjes.

Fijn en mooi park We komen hier al jaren maar helaas was deze keer het huisje echt smerig.

Entspannung und Spaß 👍 Es war super....ohne Probleme check in ...alle sehr Freundlich... Ohne großen Aufwand.... schnell und einfache Einrichtung Handy Fehrnse....die Fahrräder haben Topf funktioniert...Die Waschmaschine einfach und komplezirtlos zu bedienen... Genauso wie die Schlüssel Karten ... Echt Spitze wir kommen wieder.......Danke...

Voor herhaling vatbaar De locatie is perfect, vlak bij het strand. Ideale plek voor een verblijf met je hond. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en de huisjes zijn leuk ingericht en schoon.

2 heerlijke dagen gehad Wij hebben het huisje met race simulator gehuurd. Was echt super leuk. We hadden geen kind aan onze mannen.

Fijne dagen dichtbij het strand van Zandvoort Roompot staat voor ons goed aangeschreven. Het gaat soms om details die beter kunnen op een enkel park. Er is altijd wel iets. Het positieve is, lekker dichtbij het strand dus lekker uitwaaien. Het personeel straalt over het algemeen positiviteit en enthousiasme uit. Graag bereid om te helpen. Wij hebben een fijne midweek gehad!!

Großartig, vielen Dank Es war genauso wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Was wir uns allerdings nicht vorgestellt haben, war, dass der Service sensationell war, das Personal sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein 50. Geburtstag war eine runde Sache und kann ich nur jedem empfehlen es mit einer Kleingruppe von Leuten dort in angemessenen Rahmen zu feiern. Vielen Dank für den Service und die schöne Überraschung der kleinen Eisbombe im Restaurant. Immer gerne wieder.
