Parking

Roompot Beach Houses Zandvoort does not have its own parking area. If you come with your own car, you can park it paying a fee. High parking fees are charged right on the beach and in the city centre. We therefore advise you to use a parking garage or parking area on the outskirts of Zandvoort. You can purchase cheap, multi-day parking tickets for a number of parking areas on the Municipality of Zandvoort website.

By public transport

Zandvoort is easily accessible by public transport. Travel by train to Zandvoort aan Zee station, then take bus line 81 or 84. From the Circuit bus stop entrance, it is a 200-metre walk to the beach exit.

Arrivals, admission, check-in

Arrival

You can enter the holiday accommodation from 16.00. The Service point is located at Beachclub Sablon at Boulevard Barnaart number 25, 2041 KB in Zandvoort. This beach club can be reached on foot via Strandafgang Barnaart 25.

Access to your holiday home

You will receive your key to enter your Beach House at the Service point. We always check that we have received payment for your holiday before you receive the keys. Should an amount still be outstanding, you will be given a payment link to pay the outstanding amount immediately.

Departure & administrative handling

Leaving your holiday home neat and tidy

Off course, the holiday accommodation will be left neat and tidy. You don't have to do the final cleaning, we'll take care of that. When leaving, please be sure to do the following:

  • Return furniture to where you originally found it.
  • Remove the bed linen, collect kitchen towels and bath towels and place all the dirty laundry in pillowcases at the door.
  • Wash and place the cleaned crockery back in the cupboard.
  • Empty the dustbins and take the rubbish to the waste bins behind the Beach Houses. There are separate bins for paper, glass and non-recyclable rubbish. The non-recyclable rubbish will be separated later.
  • Sweep the floors. Close all windows and turn off the air conditioning.

Please hand in your key

Make sure you have left your holiday home by 10:00 am. Please hand in your key at the Service point in Beachclub Sablon.

Deposit refund

We will return the deposit to your account within 7 days if the accommodation has been left tidy and damage-free, and the inventory is complete. If this is not the case, we will pay for the repairs or cleaning work using the deposit. We will always let you know.
