EV charging station

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park.

Amounts due

Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.

Service set

For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.

Visitors

Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly ask your visitors to report their stay at the Service point if they plan to spend the night. Day visitors can park their vehicles outside the site.

Arrival

On the day of arrival, your accommodation will be available from 16:00. Have you booked a hotel room? This will be ready from 15:00. You can use the park's facilities for that whole day, thus extending your holiday!

Park and holiday home access

Upon arrival at the park, open the barrier with the PIN code you received in advance by e-mail. After opening the barrier, you are immediately checked in and can drive to your accommodation. Your booked accommodation can be unlocked with the keycard you received in advance. You therefore do not need to pass the Service point. Have you booked a hotel room? Then check in at the Service point at the main entrance, where you will receive your room key.

Did you not receive information about the access to your accommodation? Then collect the keycard of your holiday accommodation from the Service point after 16:00. Are you coming on another day or after the Service point closes? Then simply let us know in advance by calling 0031 (0)299 604 010.

Good to know: during your stay, the barrier opens automatically via licence plate recognition. It is not possible to switch cars during the stay.

Early Check-in

If you have booked Early Check-in, you can enter your accommodation as early as 12:00. To open the barrier, use the first 4 digits of the pin code you received in advance by e-mail.

Parking

You can park your car near by the accommodation or in the central car park after the barrier. You may only park in the designated parking spaces and not on the grass. The car park in front of the Service Point is in the blue zone, where you can park for a maximum of 4 hours with a parking disc.

Extras

If you have booked a package starting on the arrival day, make sure you arrive before 18:00.

Departure

We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. Are you staying in a hotel room? Then please leave the room by 11am. The Keycards don't have to be returned.

After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65/€ 115 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
