Parking
You can park your car on the premises of the Graaf van Egmont in the designated parking spaces. You can do this outside or in the parking garage. Good to know: enter your code on the column before entering the parking garage. Is the traffic light red? Then wait until the car has left the parking garage, after which you can safely drive down.

You can park a second car outside the park in the public car park (for a fee).


EV charging station

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park.


Amounts due
Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.

Service set
For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products and cleaning instructions. If necessary, additional different instructions will be posted prominently in your accommodation. Visitors Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly request your guests to report to the Service point at Kustpark Egmond aan Zee first. Facilities As a guest of De Graaf van Egmont, you also enjoy free access to sports and entertainment activities at the Egmond aan Zee holiday park. 

Arrival


You are welcome at our park from 4 p.m. onwards. You can drive directly to the apartment complex until 5 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays. If you arrive later and there is still an outstanding payment, we kindly ask you to report at the Service point of Kustpark Egmond aan Zee, Nollenweg 1. If everything is paid, and you have your pin code ready, you can drive directly to the apartment complex of De Graaf van Egmont, also after 5 p.m.

Access to the accommodation

Tenants of an apartment on De Graaf van Egmond can check automatically in with a pin code. Using this pin code, you can open your apartment door, open the main entrance of the apartment complex, and use the parking garage throughout your stay. At this park, you can also use the digital key in the Roompot app to open your apartment door. The pin code is strictly personal and can be used for:

  • opening the gate at the entrance and exit of the apartment complex
  • access to your apartment
  • proof of ID at the apartment complex
  • access to the parking garage

Wi-Fi Code

You will find the Wi-Fi log-in code on the outside of the kitchen cupboard.

Departure


We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. There is no need to check out.

After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
