General

Service point

You will arrive at the main building upon arrival at the park. The Service point can be found in family restaurant Charlie. 

Parking

A section of the park is car-free and only on arrival and departure days you can reach your holiday home by car via the nearest parking lot along the beltway. You are requested to park your car at the central parking lot along the beltway or outside the park as soon as possible after unloading.

EV charging station

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park.

Service set

For your convenience we have put a service set in your holiday home. Here you will find practical (cleaning) articles and a cleaning guide. Any deviating instructions are clearly made visible.

Visitors

Overnight visitors must report to the Service point in advance. Day visitors can park their car in the parking lot at the Service point.

Access to the spray park and to the indoor play forest

All guests at Holiday Resort Schaijk have free access to the Spray Park and indoor play forest during their stay.

Arrival

You are welcome at our park from 4 pm onwards. You can travel in on Mondays and Fridays until 6 pm at the latest. Are you arriving on another day or after closing time of the Service point? Please register this in advance with the Service point at 0031 (0) 857 43 00 06

Have you booked a holiday package?

On your arrival day you will receive all information about the contents of the package at the Service point. If your package starts on Friday or Monday, remember to arrive before 5 pm because of the opening hours of the catering establishments.

Access to the park/holiday accommodation

Guests at Holiday Resort Schaijk receive a key card at check-in that can be used as a key to the holiday accommodation.

The key card is strictly personal and can be used for access to the holiday accommodation

The key card is not a credit card and is not transferable. In case of loss or theft, we request you to inform the Service point immediately. Do not store the key card in direct sunlight, on the dashboard of your car or near loudspeakers, magnets or mobile phones.

It often happens that guests lose their key card or leave it in the holiday accommodation. In this case, please inform the Service point as soon as possible.

Wi-Fi

You can find the Wi-Fi login code on the outside of the kitchen cupboard in your holiday accommodation

Departure

We ask you to leave your holiday home before 10:00 on your departure day. If you leave earlier than the regular departure day, we ask you to report this at the Service point during opening hours. The key cards must be handed in at the Service point or in the mailbox that you can find at the front of the Service point.

After your departure, the housekeeping department will check your holiday accommodation for cleanliness, any inventory defects and any damage done. In connection with this final inspection, we are obligated to charge you a deposit of € 65 per holiday accommodation per period. This amount will be transferred to you 7 days after departure, provided the holiday accommodation is left in accordance with our rules and that your IBAN number is known. If (cleaning) work must be carried out by the housekeeping department, (part of) the deposit will be withheld. You will receive a written notification about this.
