Parking
Our park is car-free, even on arrival and departure days. Unfortunately, you cannot unload luggage at the accommodation. On arrival, park your car at 1 of the 3 car parks. Here, luggage trolleys will be ready to transport your luggage from the car to your accommodation and vice versa. After use, please return the luggage trolley to the appropriate car park so other guests can use it too.
Check the park map to see which car park is closest to your holiday accommodation.
People with disabilities
Holiday home type Chalet 4M has its own parking space next to the house.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in all holiday homes. So, please remember to include your pet when making your booking.
Visitors
Family or friends are welcome to visit you at the park. Should anyone be staying the night, let your guest report to the Service point.
WiFi
Wi-Fi is available for free at the park. The Wi-Fi login code can be found on the outside of the kitchen cabinet.
Arrivals, admission & check-in
Arrival
You can enter the holiday accommodation from 16:00. If you expect to arrive after the Service point opening hours, please contact us on time at 0031 (0)493 312 221. You can find out when the Service point is open under opening hours.
Access to your holiday home
You will receive your key to enter your holiday accommodation at the Service point. For the transfer of keys, we always check that we have received the payment of your stay with us on the account. If this is not the case, you can pay the amount right away. This can be done with a debit card, VISA, Mastercard or cash.
Departure & administrative handling
Leaving your holiday accommodation neat and tidy
Off course, the holiday accommodation will be left neat and tidy. You don't have to do the final cleaning, we'll take care of that. When leaving, please always do the following:
- Return furniture to where you originally found it.
- Remove all bed linen, gather the kitchen towels and bath towels and place everything, all the rented textiles, in pillowcases in a central place in the holiday home.
- Hand in your separated waste at our recycling centre.
- Unload the dishwasher.
- Vacuum the floors.
- Empty and sweep the open fire (if there is one).
Departure
Make sure you have left your holiday home by 10:00.
Deposit refund
We will return the deposit to your account within 7 days if the accommodation has been left tidy and damage-free, and the inventory is complete. If this is not the case, we will pay for the repairs or cleaning work using the deposit. We will always let you know.
