Katjeskelder 8 person accommodation
Very nice setup. Lots of space. Enjoyed our stay. Kids enjoyed the play park and swimming pool. Will go again.

Nice houses, friendly and helpful staff, good location. Swimming pool and parks were good. Liked the little touches like mini parks around each cluster of houses. Outside of the style of house we were staying in could benefit from some cleaning to the cladding, inside we really liked the updated look.

Return visit from the UK
We come every year from England as our main family holiday. This year we bought another large family with us in a seperate house. We had a great time, this year was better as there was entertainment until late in the evening which we didn’t have last year. We will be coming back for our fifth visit next year.

We purposely decided to pay extra to be bear the playground with the expectation that our children could olay in the playground neaby while we watch from the house. The playground was near enough to hear all thr comotion but not accessible from the house. This was very dissapointing and had a bad influence on our stay

My stay was brilliant. We felt at home all the time. It felt so safe being here. Wouldve preferred to have bed linen and towels rather than bring our own. The flights we use have limited language and it was a bit difficult to pack the items..

Ive been in the Katjeskelder numerous times. This time I came with my daughter and 4 year old grandson. The place is very safe for small children and there is stuff to do. We were on a family visit in Dongen. So all that was all perfect. I thought that you had to pay extra for towels and there were no washhandjes was a bit much. There was no soap beside the handwash basins. Also we were supposed to put the bed sheets in blue plastic bags, but there were no plastic bags. We had food from the snack bar and that was lovely. The shop on site was well stocked.

Ok park but very dirty bungalow
Very dirty bungalow. Wasn’t cleaned at all. And when highlighting at the reception on arrival,, they just said ‘we’ll note it’, without offering cleaning not come by. How nonchalant can you be

Een groene plek met veel speeltuintjes
We liked the surroudings a lot. A lot of trees a lot of playareas. We indoorswimming pool is a bit to small for all the houses. Good there was a warm outdoor pool aswell.

Not enough stuff translated in English or no English menus, also signs in Dutch last day asking us to do stuff I didnt understand, luckily my mum is dutch and translated for us as we didnt know what was going on or where we had to drop things off or what cam or cant be recycled as it was in Dutch too

Compared with previous visits, there is now a lot of cleaning to do (clean windows and toilets. Clean kitchen top to bottom!) I also do not like to think this has been done by previous guests and not housekeeping! For so much cleaning to be done by guests, check out is very early and check in very late. In our bedroom we had spider webs with thick dust and by the downstairs beds lots of dust and dirt.
We stayed in a gated bungalow 257 and we loved this, it felt very safe for my children to play and lots of nice play equipment.
Koos live was not as good, Koos used to be on stage for most of the 30 minutes unless it was very hot weather, now he does just 2 songs and gone back for one more and goodbye!
The entertainment and restaurant staff are very nice and helpful.
We had help from the bike hire shop and they were very helpful.
Life guards are too strict, babies cannot be in the water out of a rubber ring even for a few minutes with their parents. Children cannot take armbands off to practise swimming. No jumping. No balls. It is supposed to be a fun pool!
Midget golf is very old and boring.
We did have a lovely time tho and are likely to come back.It is not all bad this is just some feedback.

Gezellig weekend!
De Katjeskelder is een rustig gelegen park. Het is fijn dat we met 9 personen in 1 huisje konden verblijven. En dat er voor mijn vader die rolstoel afhankelijk is ook beneden een slaapkamer en douche/toilet aanwezig was. De schoonmaak kan wel beter vond ik. Ook ontbraken her en der stopcontact beveiligers die wel op kindhoogte zaten dus ik moest regelmatig mijn dochter weghalen bij de stopcontacten. Ook zat er veel schimmel in de badkamers en was de vloer niet schoon. Er was een soort van parfum/luchtje op de vloer gedaan wat lekker rook maar ook heel vettig werd. De dekbedden waren heel erg vies met vieze vlekken, dit hebben we met foto’s aangeleverd bij de receptie en eigenlijk was hun enige reactie: bedankt voor het doorgeven. Het zou bijv leuk zijn als ze gezegd hadden; sorry voor het ongemak, willen jullie een uurtje gratis bowlen met de kids oid. Maar helaas. Verder is het een prima park om te verblijven en zal het in een vakantie periode wellicht iets levendiger zijn. Ook de animatie.

Verblijf met 18 personen
Onze FV22 familievilla was niet echt proper. Enkel heel snel gestofzuigd en zeker niet gedweild. Er lag nog haar op de grond in de badkamer en pluizen onder de bedden. Van de 15 GSMs en Tablets, werkte er maar ééntje met de Wificode. De andere 14 toestellen hadden geen gratis beloofde WiFi. Op de Bowling hadden we alle 4 de banen afgehuurd, maar de telling bij het bowlingen liep grandioos fout, wat de bowlingpret toch wat bederfde. Toch wel een hele dure avond, voor enkel wat conditietraining, zoals wij dit toen bekeken hebben. Ondanks al deze negatieve punten, hebben we er samen toch nog het beste van gemaakt, en hebben we ons nog goed geamuseerd.

Katjeskelder; de moeite waard!
net park, gelegen in bosrijke omgeving en zonodig kan je ook makkelijk in de buurt er tussen uit (Oosterhout en/of Breda), goede en bij de tijdse bungalows; voor kinderen altijd wat te doen. Ook het zwembad, met zeer attend en secure personeel.

de bungalow was prima ook wc boven enz en trap hekje de tuin was niet erg groot ook vond ik de activiteiten niet zo tijdens de herfst vakantie had leuk geweest een kinderbingo of kinder disco was meer elke dag het zelfde ook het restaurant te druk of te weinig personeel bestelling duurde te lang zijn ook ergens anders gaan eten

Prima park om te vertoeven
Veel faciliteiten en ruime openingstijden. Park ziet er verzorgd uit en bungalow was ook prima verzorgd en relatief schoon
