DEPOSIT

Upon arrival, reception may ask you to pay a deposit for your stay based on the group composition. The deposit is between €50 and €500 per stay.

Arrival

On the day of your arrival, you can enter the bungalow from 3 p.m. When you arrive after closing time of the Service Point, please report this in advance.

Departure

On the day of departure, you must vacate the bungalow before 10 am.

Want to pay in instalments at no extra cost? No problem! You pay the first instalment within 15 days of booking and the total amount no later than 8 weeks before arrival.

This applies to bookings with an arrival date that is at least 30 days from the day of booking. You can cancel easily via My Roompot. Did you book a last-minute holiday with arrival within 30 days? Or do you want to cancel after 14 days? Then our normal cancellation rates apply.
