Payment options at the park

You can only pay with a debit or credit card at reception. You can also pay in cash in the restaurant and shop.

Pets

Dogs are allowed in some holiday accommodations. Always mention your dog when registering your travel group. You can bring a maximum of 2 dogs in pet-friendly holiday accommodations. Other pets are unfortunately not allowed. You will have to find another holiday address for your goldfish, hamster or cat.

Parking

There is 1 parking space reserved per holiday home in the parking lot at the complex for guests in the 2-person studios and the hotel rooms. There are 2 parking spaces are available for the 4-, 6- and 8-person holiday homes at the holiday home or in the parking lot at the apartment complex. Are you staying in a 12-person villa? Then there are 3 parking spaces available at your villa. For 16-person villas, there are 4 parking spaces, and for the 20-person villas, there are 5 parking spaces at the holiday home. Are you arriving with more cars? You can park these for free in the park's central parking area.

Electric cars

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park.

Group deposits

For groups we use a deposit of € 100 per person.

Arrival

You can enter the holiday accommodation from 15.00. Upon arrival, the beds will already be made for the number of booked people. If you expect to arrive late on the day, please contact reception.

Departure & administrative handling

Leaving your holiday accommodation neat and tidy

Off course, the holiday accommodation will be left neat and tidy. You don't have to do the final cleaning, we'll take care of that.

Departure

Make sure you have left your holiday home by 10.00.

This applies to bookings with an arrival date that is at least 30 days from the day of booking. You can cancel easily via My Roompot. Did you book a last-minute holiday with arrival within 30 days? Or do you want to cancel after 14 days? Then our normal cancellation rates apply.
