Good accomkdation Kid friendly. We went in winter, February. The kids had fun in their indoor pool, indoor fun. Parents enjoy thermal bath. Our accomodation has sauna, it is a villa and has enough space for 4 adult & 2 kids.

Birthday Trip I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the accommodations were comfortable and exceeded my expectations. I was celebrating my birthday during my stay, and the thoughtful gestures from the team made it even more memorable. I had the pleasure of experiencing the full-face treatment and a traditional Thai massage, which were both incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The attention to detail and the warm atmosphere truly made my special day unforgettable. It was the perfect place to unwind and celebrate!

A Spa Experience That Fell Short: Service Could Be Improved. I cant give a good review due to the staff at the thermal spa. The young lady at the cash register was extremely rude. When you visit a spa, you expect a relaxing atmosphere and friendly service, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Additionally, we tried calling several times at 21:00, but no one answered the phone. We simply needed the WiFi code, which should have been written on the card they provided. In this instance, it wasn’t a major issue, but what if we had needed urgent assistance? There was no staff on duty to help, which is quite concerning. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and customer service.

Good place to take vacation My friend and I enjoyed the time in Klein Vink. I recommend spending time here.

Our first stay in the hotel was a birthday present from family.The room was decorated with flags, balloons and a card signed from hotel personal that decorated the room.The room is clean, large and well equipped for a short stay. Breakfast really good with plenty variation.Evening meal good with freindly service.The only problem that really needs changing is the menu is in Dutch only why not english or german or even both.Its not only dutch people that visit would be very helpful.We had a waitress that helped translate. Otherwise we had a nice 3 days and will 100% be back (see if menu chgd).

K. Vink is the Best Place for Families, Friends, Old and Young First of all I liked the way the Staff welcoming thanks a lot. Second Very clean, Third Nice Park. Fourth very close to Venlo if Shopping Thanks a lot

The facilites were okayish but nothing special.We notice a some problem with dirt, thermas and room quest was not cleaned well. Only restaurnt was ok and food was very good

Dont come here if you want to be fireworks free We booked the location due to its claim to be free from fireworks. While I understand that it is not possible to control all activities in the park, two of the next door neighbours had fireworks going for a good 15min at 6 and then again at midnight for longer. I tried calling reception in the hope that it was staffed for this reason at new year but of course it wasnt. We would have been better off staying home where we had options to care for our petrified dog. We left two days before the end of our booking period. Additionally we found blood stains on the stripped blankets, christmas decoration leftover on the floor under beds and dried baked goods (bagels I think) under the sofa, showing a lack of cleansiness I did not expect. I will not recommend the location to dog owner friends to avoid fireworks, I will however also not recommend the location for non dog owners due to cleaning standards not being met. I do have pictures and videos evidence of the claims.

With being with family, we went to the swimming pool which was really goodwith baby float and larger float for older child. Thermal baths were fantastic and relaxing. Glow golf was successful. Well stocked supermarket. Bike hire was very successful.

Christmas Spa Holiday - Exceptional with a few opportunities for improvement We booked the hotel for 24.12 and 25.12.2024, choosing a Deluxe room with a luxurious course dinner on 24.12 and à la carte dinner on 25.12. Our overall experience was positive. Check-in is at 14:00, and early access to the spa requires an extra ticket. While my communication was in English, all replies were in Dutch. This was manageable with Google Translate. I wonder why the Hotel was so resistant in replying in English, as we know the Dutch are excellent English speakers. We arrived at 13:30, and check-in went smoothly. The room initially did not open with the code, but after receiving a card from reception, we accessed a large, clean room with direct ground floor access. Towels and other spa essentials were nicely prepared. The spa is amazing, especially in winter. It features three outdoor pools and one indoor pool with perfect temperatures, nozzles, and a whirlpool. The Kneipp area is also great, and the additional cost for private sauna areas is reasonable. We enjoyed snacks like apple strudel, water, small Weizen, fries, and cake, all delicious and reasonably priced at 26 EUR. I found some reviews about the place being dirty and worn out unfair. While some areas show corrosion due to the saltwater pools, everything is maintained. Its normal to find some hairs in showers and trash in dressing areas when its busy. More frequent cleaning would be beneficial. We pre-ordered the Christmas menu, which included a salmon starter, white fish with vegetables, and a large dessert plate. The meal was satisfactory, and with drinks, the total was 120 EUR. Regarding the bed, the reviews were accurate. It was small with a very soft mattress, making it uncomfortable. I struggled to stay in the bed and not roll over my wife, as the beds tended to slip apart during the night. Breakfast was standard European fare with buns, eggs, ham, sausages, cheese, yogurt, etc. It wasnt exceptional but was satisfactory. Just for information…the room key password still didnt work, though we had the key. Funny, the emergency exit / parking opened with the password and not with the key, the hotel room vise-versa. On the second day, the spa was more crowded since it was the first Christmas day. The cleanliness decreased, and I didnt see any cleaning staff, only guards. Additional cleaning throughout the day would improve the experience. Lunch included croquette and French fries with beer for two, totaling 36 EUR. Our last dinner was à la carte. We ordered beef carpaccio and assorted bread with olive oil, crème, herbal butter, and olives. The starter was good, but the main dishes were disappointing. The curry was tasteless, and the chicken satay with French fries and mayonnaise was not appealing. Peanut sauce with fries…you can do so but shouldn’t. Since the menu is only in Dutch language and no English version available, we overlooked this. Overall, the food is average, so its not the place for fine dining. However, the spa, especially in winter, the large room, and the timing made it worthwhile. We spent around 430 EUR for two nights, including breakfast, and another 300 EUR for food.

Leuk park, het huisje was minder goed Ons huisje was veel ouder en slechter onderhouden dan op de foto’s te zien is. Het was ook niet al te proper achtergelaten. De slaapkamers waren zeer klein en er vertoonde zich schimmel aan de ramen, omdat er niet goed verlucht wordt.

GB Judo Tour The accommodation allowed a team to be together, share the team ethics and working relationships of a sport. The venues were clean, spacious and very accommodating allowing the athletes to become a team and experience an international camp.

Every night we had to get rid of ladybirds and my daughter would not sleep upstairs cos of the ladybirds and she had to sleep on the sofa I did complain about the and someone come out in the day when there were no ladybirds as they were only in our apartment at night time, we must of got rid of 100 ladybirds though out our stay, it was so uncomfortable with them ladybirds there, and we were so unhappy about it, the is made out stay bad, that the thought of having to remove ladybirds Every night, I do have some pictures of the ladybirds in put house

Great Family Holiday Having stayed at a Roompot before, our expectations were high and those were met at this resort. The staff were excellent especially on Halloween night. The grandchildren loved them.

Lovely location. Great Privacy in holiday cottage. Good location for walking and cafes. Well stocked supermarket on site.

Roompot Arcen The playground equipment for young children were not safe and not too many outdoor play equipment. Overall, it was very nice place to stay and spend time with family

I already gave the feedback in the sustainability section (apologies). The park itself is great. The swimming pool has no minus points. The temperature is great and the pool is clean. The kids loved it. The park is not reachable by phone. Ive called a couple of days, at different times and I always get the same message about the long waiting time. I loved the independence we received when checking in and out. I really dont like the house (131) I never want to get a house like this one again. The house wasnt cleaned properly. Upon arrival we had to clean to make it livable for the 4 nights. The bathrooms were the worst of all. Especially the smell and the podium like bathroom. It was also a minus that the house didnt have a microwave/oven, but only a microwave. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the park overall compensated for disappointment we got because of the house. The next time we visit we dont want 131 or a house like it anymore.

UK Visitors to Klein Vink This was our first experience staying with Roompot and in Netherlands driving from London. The location was fantastic with so much green space, lakes and good swimming facilities. Restaurant served good food and drinks. Location was near to some nice towns and not too far from major Dutch and German cities.

Activity for the children are not satisfactiable. Laxk of open swimming pool. Only possibility ourisde swimming in dirty lake.

Friendly place Nice staff, I like the thermal bath, close to Arcen castle gardens, nice dinner menu, enjoyed the breakfast. Wish children was allowed in the bath with parental supervision. Only letdown was the beds. Instead of a double bed they push two singles together.

Worst Stay Ever

The hotel is nice and clean. Spa is excellent. However the person at the reception desk was not helpful and nice when I asked for an invoice during check-out. She told me I can not get the invoice since I booked the room via booking and I should ask booking to send the invoice to me. When I asked support from the manager she also refused the reuqest. I had to leave the hotel without having the invoice and they were very rude to me. I travel since several years and book always via booking and finally get an invoice at the hotel desk. This is not an issue for other hotels. I asked help from booking and they promised to contact you as well directly to send me an invoice, since this is your duty. All in all I am very disappointed because of this case.

May long weekend Campsite idea for walking and cycling. Campsite very relaxing and quiet. Idea location for all

Good location to stop over on our route from north Germany to Belgium. Great cycle routes through the Maasduinen area and easy access to the spa made for a very enjoyable stay. Nice quiet camp site with all the amenities we needed.

Very friendly . Feel like at home

It was amazing experience for me and the family we enjoyed every single moment of our relaxeing quiet time in the park and also our fun time at the swimming pool with the kids and all the time of our 5 days at your park ...and the most comfrtble thing was the cleanlinse of the bonglow including all the bathroom the kitchen everything thanks for the lovely week
