Parking
There is 1 parking available at every holiday home. Other cars can be parked in the central parking. There is also a charging station for electric cars
EV charging station
The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park.
Arrivals, admission & check-in
Arrival
Monday and Friday are our regular arrival days. You can enter the holiday accommodation from 16:00. The Service point is open till 17:00 on Mondays and till 19:00 on Fridays. If you arrive later, please contact Service point on 0031 (0)341 492 515.
Access to your holiday home
You will receive the key to enter your holiday home at Service point. You will also receive a chip with which you can open the boom gate. For the transfer of keys, we always check that we have received the payment of your stay with us on the account. If this is not the case, you can pay the amount right away. This can be done with a debit card, VISA, Mastercard or cash.
Departure & administrative handling
Leaving your holiday accommodation neat and tidy
Off course, the holiday accommodation will be left neat and tidy. You don't have to do the final cleaning, we'll take care of that. When leaving, please always do the following:
- Return furniture to where you originally found it.
- Remove all bed linen, gather up the kitchen towels and bath towels and place all the dirty laundry in the corridor in the pillow cases.
- Empty the dishwasher and place the clean items in the cupboards.
- Hand in your separated waste at our recycling centre.
- Vacuum the floors.
- Empty and sweep the open fire (if there is one).
Please hand in your key
Make sure you have left your holiday home by 10.30. The key can be handed in at the Service point.
Deposit refund
We will return the deposit to your account within 7 days if the accommodation has been left tidy and damage-free, and the inventory is complete. If this is not the case, we will pay for the repairs or cleaning work using the deposit. We will always let you know.
