Preparations & parking

Cuber app

The Cuber app will assist you with many practical and pleasant matters during your stay. You can open the door via using the app, but you can also rent a bike or get tips on the area. The app is available on the App Store and on Google Play. Download the app before your stay, then you will be well-prepared for your trip. There is a team of local Guides who are available to you digitally as personal assistants to make sure you don't miss a thing. They can be reached daily via chat between 9am and 9pm. The Guides speak Dutch and English.

Parking

Cuber Veluwe is a car-free park. At the entrance to the park, there is a central parking where you can park your car. Luggage carts are waiting to take your belongings to your holiday home. Are you driving an electric car? You can use a charging point at Bungalowpark Hoenderloo, which is located next to Cuber Veluwe.

EV charging station

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park.

Wi-Fi code

Every suite has free Wi-Fi.

Barbecue

Due to fire safety, barbecues are only allowed with an electric barbecue.

Arrivals, admission, check-in

Arrival

You can arrive on any day at Cuber Veluwe. You can open the door to the Outdoor Suite with the Cuber app from 15.00.

Access to your holiday home

Use the Cuber app to access your holiday home. You are checked in the first time you open the door using it. This is done digitally via the app, there is no Service point you have to go through.

Pets

The park and Outdoor Suites are pet-free. This means you are not allowed to bring your pet.

Departure & administrative handling

Checking out

Please make sure you have left the Outdoor Suite by 11am at the latest. After this, you will no longer be able to open the door with the app.

Deposit

We will return the deposit to your account within 7 days if the accommodation has been left tidy and damage-free, and the inventory is complete. If this is not the case, we will pay for the repairs or cleaning work using the deposit. We will always let you know.

The total price you see is the price for two people, including all mandatory extra costs. You can find more information in the price pop-up. We can only show you the final price once you have entered your specific travel group. No rights can be derived from the stated prices, opening hours and information.

Want to pay in instalments at no extra cost? No problem! You pay the first instalment within 15 days of booking and the total amount no later than 8 weeks before arrival.

This applies to bookings with an arrival date that is at least 30 days from the day of booking. You can cancel easily via My Roompot. Did you book a last-minute holiday with arrival within 30 days? Or do you want to cancel after 14 days? Then our normal cancellation rates apply.
