Good morning squirrel, woodpecker, robin…’ Waking up on Bospark De Schaapskooi means waking up in the middle of nature. The surrounding area is a true paradise for children. Endless playing in the woods, swimming, watching wildlife or going for a day out to one of the many attractions nearby. People looking for peace and nature are also at the right address here in the middle of the Veluwe. There are numerous possibilities for walking and cycling, for example through the woods, over the moors or along castles and museums. The park serves fresh pastries and other food articles. If you are not in the mood to cook, you are more than welcome in the cosy park restaurant or the snack bar. The Schaapskooi Team bids you welcome.

At this park, it is possible to book accommodation where pets are welcome. You can only bring 2 pets per accommodation. There are pet-free accommodations too. There is something for everyone!

Price
For a dog or cat, you will pay a surcharge per night. The final cleaning is mandatory if you bring a pet. This mandatory final cleaning is sometimes included in the price of your stay.
Bringing an assistance dog
Good to know: different rules apply for assistance dogs. If all the holiday homes where dogs are allowed, are fully booked, your assistance dog is also welcome in a pet-free holiday home. You do not have to pay the usual pet surcharge. To register an assistance dog, please contact our Guest Service.
Bringing your pet to the Netherlands
When travelling to another country, travel documents are mandatory. The same is true for dogs and cats. So, please make sure you bring your pet's European pet passport. Swimming is always a good idea! The indoor swimmingpool at the Schaapskooi is the perfect place to swim a few laps. Or to splash around with the family for a while. For the little ones, there is a separate paddling pool.
Access and opening hours
During your holiday, you are welcome whenever you like! The swimming pool is open every day. The exact opening hours are available on the website and in the app. Prefer not to swim, but want to keep a close eye on what's going on? You can sit back and watch from the side.
Practical: lockers are available at the changing rooms. Don't forget to bring a €0.50 coin as a deposit.
