Travel info

General

  • It is mandatory to hire bed linen. If your reservation includes a children’s bed/cot, this will not include bed linen. Please bring this yourself. You may take hand and tea towels with you or hire them at the Service point. The kitchen linen comprises one tea towel and one hand towel.
  • Overnight visitors must report to the Service point to pay the park charges and bed linen.
  • Appartementencomplex Bosch en Zee cannot be held liable for lost or misplaced property, damage to property or personal injury during your stay.
  • We will send you additional arrival information around two weeks before your arrival date.
  • Young people up to the age of 25 are welcome, provided that a parent or carer is part of the tour group. We will check this on arrival, and will refuse entry if the rule is not complied with. 

EV charging station

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park.

Service point

The Service point is open during the following hours:

Monday till Thursday: 8.30 a.m. - 12.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. - 5.00 p.m.
Friday: 8.30 a.m 12.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m.
Saturday: 8.30 a.m. - 12.00 a.m.
Sunday: closed

 

Group deposits

For group bookings we will contact you by telephone for additional information. The booking will only be made after the telephone contact.

For groups we use a deposit of € 500 per person. The Service point will contact you about this before the booking is made definitive.

Arrival

You can enter your accommodation on the day of arrival from 4.00 p.m. onwards. If you are unable to arrive between the opening hours of the Service point, please contact the Service point, telephone number +31 (0)222 327357.

We kindly request our guests to complete an authorisation form for the deposit upon arrival. 

Departure

You must vacate your accommodation no later than 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
