General

Amounts due

Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park (only by bankcard).

Visitors

Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly ask that your visitors report to the Service point if they plan to spend the night.

Parking

Car parking is available at the bungalow.

Charging an electric vehicle

Charging your electric cars is possible if your home has a private charging point. You can book accommodation with a private charging point. There are no central charging points at the park.  

Trailer storage

Are you bringing your own boat to the park and need somewhere to store the trailer? For a fee, we can provide you with a space in our storage area. To be sure of a place, contact reception in advance by calling +31(0)566-216510 or emailing receptie@waterparkterkaple.nl. There is a trailer ramp near the park.

Arrival

Your accommodation will be available from 3 p.m.onwards. If you will be arriving at the park later than 5 p.m., please inform the Service point at 0566-216510.

Departure

After your stay, you should vacate your accommodation by 10 a.m.

After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.

This applies to bookings with an arrival date that is at least 30 days from the day of booking. You can cancel easily via My Roompot. Did you book a last-minute holiday with arrival within 30 days? Or do you want to cancel after 14 days? Then our normal cancellation rates apply.
