Route

When using a navigation system, it is best to enter the street Oosthalen, in the location Hooghalen. From there, you follow the ANWB sign to Landgoed Het Grote Zand.

EV charging station

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. Some holiday homes also have a private charging point. You can book these homes as a preference. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park. 

Service set

For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products and cleaning instructions. If necessary, additional different instructions will be posted prominently in your accommodation.

Visitors

Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly ask that your visitors report to the Service point if they plan to spend the night.

Arrival

You are welcome at our park from 4 p.m. onwards. You can pick up the key for your accommodation at the Service point. You may check in until 5 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays. If you arrive on another day or after closing time of the Service point, please contact the Service point on tel.: 0031 (0)593 59 24 80.

Departure

We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Deposit

Upon arrival, reception may ask you to pay a deposit for your stay based on the group composition. The deposit is between €50 and €500 per stay.

The total price you see is the price for two people, including all mandatory extra costs. You can find more information in the price pop-up. We can only show you the final price once you have entered your specific travel group. No rights can be derived from the stated prices, opening hours and information.

Changed your plans? No problem, you can change your booking for free up to 28 days before arrival.

Want to pay in instalments at no extra cost? No problem! You pay the first instalment within 15 days of booking and the total amount no later than 8 weeks before arrival.

This applies to bookings with an arrival date that is at least 30 days from the day of booking. You can cancel easily via My Roompot. Did you book a last-minute holiday with arrival within 30 days? Or do you want to cancel after 14 days? Then our normal cancellation rates apply.
