EV charging station
The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park.
Outstanding amounts
Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.
Service set
For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.
Visitors
Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly ask that your visitors report to the Service point if they plan to spend the night. Day visitors can park their cars in the general car park area.
Access to the swimming pool
All the guests of Bospark Lunsbergen are granted free admission to the swimming pool during their stay. The water has a temperature of 31 degrees.
Arrival
On the day of arrival, your accommodation will be available from 16:00. Have you booked a camping pitch? This will be ready from 13:00. You can use the park's facilities for that whole day, thus extending your holiday!
Park and holiday home access
Upon arrival at the park, open the barrier with the PIN code you received in advance by e-mail. After opening the barrier, you are immediately checked in and can drive to your accommodation or camping pitch. Your booked accommodation can be unlocked with the keycard or PIN code you received in advance. At this park, you can also use the digital key in the Roompot app. You therefore do not need to pass the Service point.
Did you not receive information about the access to your accommodation? Then collect the key, PIN or keycard of your holiday accommodation from the Service point after 16:00. Are you coming on another day or after the Service point closes? Then simply let us know in advance by calling 0031 (0)599 236 565.
Good to know: during your stay, the barrier opens automatically via licence plate recognition. It is not possible to switch cars during the stay.
Camping
The pitch number post indicates the centre of the pitch. Place your camping equipment in front of this post so that it stands properly on the pitch.
Early Check-in
If you have booked Early Check-in, you can enter your accommodation as early as 12:00. To open the barrier, use the first 4 digits of the pin code you received in advance by e-mail.
Parking
One car is allowed per accommodation or camping pitch. You can park it for free at your holiday accommodation or nearby. You can park a second car in the car park. Check your booked holiday accommodation for more information.
Extras
If you have booked a package starting on the arrival day, make sure you arrive before 18:00.
Departure
We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. Did you stay at a campsite, then you have to leave this no later than 11 a.m. The Keycards don't have to be returned.
After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
