General
Parking
You can park your car in the parking. There is 1 parking space available per apartment. You will find the parking card with the number of your apartment in your apartment. Place it clearly visible in your car.
Extra cars can be parked in the vicinity of the town hall at the beginning of Buchenweg, about 250 meters away. Don't forget to check if paying for parking during your holiday is necessary.
Visitors
Perhaps family or friends are coming to visit? They are more than welcome. If visitors will be sleeping over, please report this in advance to Egmond Verwaltung und Service, on telephone number +49 (0)151 – 56950290. For guests, you will pay tourist tax/local taxes per person, per night, and a mandatory fee for bed linen.
Sauna
Between 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m. you can use the sauna at €4.00 per 1.5 hours. Payment can be made using a coin machine. The key to your apartment fits on the entrance door of the sauna. Wearing swimwear and using a towel is mandatory.
Malfunctions or complaints
If something goes wrong during your stay, please report this as soon as possible. Problems regarding the cleaning of your stay can be reported until 12:00 on the day after arrival, at the latest.
You can report urgent malfunctions until 17:00. We will do everything we can to remedy the malfunction within 24 hours. Sometimes it may be necessary for our service staff to enter your residence to fix the malfunction. If you do not want this during your absence, or if there are pets present, please let us know when reporting the malfunction.
Arrival
Your holiday accommodation is available from 16:00. You will receive a key code by e-mail in advance. You can pick up the key with this code. The key lockers are located right next to the entrance of the building. If you have any questions or problems, you can call Egmond Verwaltung und Service on telephone number +49 151 - 56950290.
Departure & administrative handling
Leaving your holiday accommodation neat and tidy
Off course, the holiday accommodation will be left neat and tidy. You don't have to do the final cleaning, we'll take care of that. When leaving, please always do the following:
- Return furniture to where you originally found it.
- Remove all bed linen, gather the kitchen towels and bath towels and place everything in pillowcases in a central place in the holiday home.
- Return the crockery clean in the cupboard.
- Empty the waste bins and take out the rubbish. There are separate bins for paper, glass and non-recyclable rubbish. The non-recyclable rubbish will be separated later.
- Vacuum the floors.
Departure
If your stay is unfortunately reached its end, please depart no later than 10.00 am. Both keys to the apartment and the parking card can be left on the table in the living room of the apartment.

Did something break during your stay? Please report this on our telephone number +49 151 56950290. If you have left your holiday home neat and tidy, and your IBAN is known to us, we will refund the paid deposit to your account within 7 working days.
