General 

• Bed linen hire is mandatory.
• You may bring hand and tea towels with you or hire them at reception. The towel package contains a bath towel and a hand towel. The kitchen towel package contains two tea towels and one hand towel.
• Overnight visitors must be registered at reception in advance, and the applicable park charges and bed linen rental fees will need to be paid. We cannot be held liable for lost or misplaced property, damage to property or personal injury during your stay at Bergresort Winterberg.
• We will send you additional arrival information approximately two weeks before your arrival date.
  
  

Arrival

You can enter your accommodation on the day of arrival from 4 p.m. onwards. 

This park does not have a reception. On the day of arrival, you can pick up the key to your apartment from 16:00 at the key lockers. It's no problem if you arrive later. Approximately 1 week before arrival you will receive an e-mail from the park manager, Van Egmond Verwaltung und Service. In it you will find the code for your key safe and further information about your stay.
