A little paradise in Agde
Imagine yourself in a little paradise at Roompot Beach Resort Agde. This holiday park with 76 chalets can be found in an area filled with history, in a beloved French region. From your modern chalet, you can visit the vineyards, dive into the clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea and discover the cosy coastal towns and cities. Between outings, you don't have to do anything at all. On the veranda, you can enjoy ultimate relaxation with a glass of wine and a good book. The children can make friends at the Kids Club or cool off in the pool. Cooking? No need. In the restaurant, you can savour the local flavours. Fresh fish, sun-aged vegetables and of course local wines and cheeses.
Flamingos and volcanic beaches
The holiday park is located in quiet Le Grau d'Agde. Hop on your bike to discover the historic centre of Agde. On the way, pause for a while at a market. Further along is the lively Cap d'Agde where you can stroll along the boulevard with its many terraces or seek excitement at the amusement park. There is plenty more to discover, do and see in the surrounding area. The picturesque Sète with its many canals and colourful buildings might remind you of Venice. Impressive history can be found in Béziers, where a visit to the cathedral is a must. The most beautiful view of the region? Cycle or hike to the top of the extinct Mont Saint-Loup volcano. You will not only see the villages and the sea, but the many nature reserves and lagoons where flamingos breed too. The volcanic eruption of thousands of years ago also makes the coast of Cap d'Agde a true underwater paradise. The black-grey sand of the volcanic beaches forms a great contrast with the sandy beaches in the rest of the region. But lazing in the sun is just as good!

Take a refreshing dip in our beautiful outdoor pool! There is a shallow area too, especially for the little ones, perfect for safe playing and swimming. Soak up the sun on the comfortable sun loungers around the pool while keeping an eye on them. And don't forget to stop by at our cosy pool bar, where you can relax and enjoy a refreshing drink.

For a dog or cat, you will pay a surcharge per night. The final cleaning is mandatory if you bring a pet. This mandatory final cleaning is sometimes included in the price of your stay.
Bringing an assistance dog
Good to know: different rules apply for assistance dogs. If all the holiday homes where dogs are allowed, are fully booked, your assistance dog is also welcome in a pet-free holiday home. You do not have to pay the usual pet surcharge. To register an assistance dog, please contact our Guest Service.
Bringing your pet to France
In France, pet travel rules apply. Every pet must have a European pet passport, and a valid rabies vaccination. The pet must also be identifiable via a chip or tattoo. Dogs of category 1 and 2 are not welcome at the park. You can read which dogs they are on the website of the French Embassy. This will be checked upon arrival, so bring the vaccination card when checking in.

Several adjustments have been made at Roompot Beach Resort Agde to make the park as accessible as possible. The Service point and mini market are accessible by wheelchair. The restaurant and Kids' Club are accessible by lift. The accessibility of the pool has also been considered: you can borrow a special pool wheelchair. One of the toilets by the pool has adaptations and the bar by the pool is also accessible by wheelchair.

Chalet Méditerranée 4M has various adaptations. There are 2 accommodations of this type on the park: house numbers 1 and 2. The ramp to the terrace, extra-wide doors, adapted bathroom and a height-adjustable kitchen make these chalets suitable for wheelchair users. Cast the nets!
Always wanted to take a peek behind the scenes at a fish auction? this is your chance. Visit Belvedere, the fresh produce fish auction for professional buyers. Experience a real auction and feel the excitement. Want to find out more about the fishing industry first? Then you're at the right address too. On a guided tour, you will learn more about fishing, the different fishing techniques and the boats. Are you ready? 3... 2... 1.... and make your bid!
Discover the volcanic beach
Have you got your flip-flops on yet? Then visit the beautiful Plage de la Grande Conque: the black beach. There were volcanic eruptions here more than 700,000 years ago. The remains of the volcano creates black sand and huge cliffs. Take a walk along the impressive cliff face, and enjoy the picturesque views. But beware, the sand can get very hot, so don't forget to bring your flip-flops!
Water fun for all ages
Aqualand is a water park with 14 attractions. There is plenty to do for the whole family. Traverse the Congo River in a swimming tyre. Here, you can quietly float through a tropical environment in a swimming tyre. Compete against your friends on the dare-racer. Or take the super fast Colorado slide. There is a children's paradise filled with water fun too. And there is a whirlpool and a normal swimming pool too. Are you hungry from all that swimming? Then get something to eat and drink at one of the eateries.
Tasting the regional wines
The Languedoc region is the largest wine region in the world. The mild winters and the warm, dry summers endow the wines from this region with their lovely aromas. Why not visit the vineyard of Seigneurie de Peyrat or Domaine Preignes le Vieux? Here, you can taste the region's wines at a prime location.

Roompot Beach Resort Agde is located in a popular region. During July and August in particular, there are many holidaymakers in the area. The nearby Cap d'Agde has vibrant nightlife, and parties are also sometimes held near our park. If we know about them, we try as much as possible to inform you in advance.
