EV charging station 

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park. 

Deposit

You are required to pay a deposit of €300 for your accommodation upon arrival. The deposit will be returned to you in full if nothing is broken or damaged. Payment by credit card is preferable for the deposit.

If you leave early in the morning, before the reception is open, Your deposit will be paid to your bank account within 28 days.

Pets

In France, pet travel rules apply. Every pet must have a European pet passport, and a valid rabies vaccination. The pet must also be identifiable via a chip or tattoo. Dogs of category 1 and 2 are not welcome at the park. You can read which dogs they are on the website of the French Embassy. This will be checked upon arrival, so bring the vaccination card when checking in.

Arrival

You can check in between 16:00 and 18:00 on your day of arrival. In July and August, the check-in time is extended to 19:00. Please contact the reception if you are set to arrive at a later time.

Departure

We kindly request that you vacate your holiday accommodation by 10:00 at the latest on your day of departure.
