Arrival, access and check-in
Directions to the park
For the tranquillity and safety of local residents, we ask you to arrive at the north side of the park. This means planning your route via the village of Neuvillers. If you're coming from Libramont-Chevigny, follow the signs to Grandvoir. You arrive at the park via Route de Forges and Rue Guéhaléria.
If you're coming from a different direction, follow these steps: take exit 26 from the E411. Travel in the direction of Recogne-Libramont via the N40. At the roundabout, take the third exit towards Neuvillers, Rue de Grandvoir. From here it's about a seven-minute drive. You arrive at the park via Route de Forges and Rue Guéhaléria.
Arrival
You can enter the holiday accommodation from 16:00. Have you booked a hotel room? It will be available from 15:00.
Access to your holiday home
You open the holiday home using a PIN code. You are checked in immediately. If you haven't received a PIN code, please report to the Service Point.
Access to your hotel room
Upon arrival, you can check in at the Service point. Do you need a bathrobe during your stay? You can! Bathrobes can be borrowed free of charge at the Service point.
EV charging station
The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park.
Departure & administrative handling
Leaving your holiday home neat and tidy
Off course, the holiday accommodation will be left neat and tidy. You do not have to do the final cleaning. But please do the following:
- Return the furniture to where you originally found it.
- Empty the dishwasher and place the clean items in the cupboards.
- Empty the bins and take the rubbish out to the park's waste disposal zone.
- Vacuum the floors.
Departure
Make sure you have left your holiday home by 10:00.
Deposit refund
We will return the deposit to your account within 7 days if the accommodation has been left tidy and damage-free, and the inventory is complete. If this is not the case, we will pay for the repairs or cleaning work using the deposit. We will always let you know.
