Nice cozy place. We have been located near by the highway so its little bit noisy. And mising towels that I dont read good about that dont give need to buy .

Very nice location! A very beautiful location, very clean, everything in order. And a court to play tennis is a very good idea. A pleasant location I recommend!

Lovely facility Absolutely love the ambiance of the holiday homes, staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely worth another visit so I can enjoy the entertainment facilities. Would recommend to others because price was fair

We enjoyed our stay as a large party Roompot Eksel while attending the European Seniors Badminton Championships at Heusden Zolder Velodroom. A number of other house were also in use by badminton players. The site is well situated for events at the Velodroom and Racing Circuit. The atmosphere at the site is very peaceful most of the time. There is some aircraft noise from jets taking of at the nearby military airbase.

Not recommended This property was listed on booking.com amd nowhere in the listing did it say that we needed to bring our own towels, soap and provide toilet paper. I have NEVER experienced it woth a listingon booking.com. So imagine our surprise when after traveling for 20 hours to get to this property, we had to use kitchen towels to take a shower with dishwashing liquid... and obviously toilet paper is a must. We should have been informed of this before travel! People dont normally travel internationally across continents with towels and soap. Then the range didnt work so we couldnt cook. The staff couldnt fix it and were going to send somebody the next day but they didnt. To add insult to injury, you wrote us to ask for a security deposit AFTER we checked out (and left everything clean) because your staff forgot to do it when we checked in... I lfet the property as I found it and will not be sending you more money You should be giving ME a refund for a range that didnt work (the whol epoint of renting this is os we could cook when we wanted to) and for all the inconveniences... and when I complained about the above issues, I was told that I should have been more proactive in following up re broken range and should stay in a hotel next time. Very rude response! And this is a huge assumption that everyone around the world knows the rules in a park in a small town in Belgium... not the case. I have traveled to 70+ countries booking properties on booking.com and have never run into a property that doesnt provide basics like towels and soap and toilet paper and then is so rude about it on top of it all. Not to ention, who has time looking for towels to buy in th emiddle of nowhere Belgium? Very bad ambassadors for your country. Would leave one with the impression of a lack of hospitality, cheapness and rudeness.

This is not a negative review, am very happy we were there! The park is too close to the highway, we could hear traffic all through the night. This we werent aware of. However, we were warned of the flights from Kleine Brogel and they decided to fly F16s between 22:00 and 24:00 in the night. There were other small problems like being unable to switch off the porch lights which lit up the whole apartment through the night. But otherwise, great stay, great deal overall and great value for money

Impressies van dit nieuwe park Mooi park, niet te druk. Interessant met jinge kinderen omwille van speelpleintje en het plezier met de water-zone. Voor de natuurmensen: heel leuke omgeving met veel wandelmogelijkheden.

Ein Kinder- und Wanderparadies Der Park ist klein und autofrei. Die Kinder konnten so spielen vor dem Ferienhaus nach Lust und Laune. Das Parkpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sprachen teilweise sogar deutsch. Auf Englisch konnten wir uns immer verständigen. Der Spiel- und Wasserpark hat unsere Kids sehr abgesprochen. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Unterschiedliche Wanderrouten mit verschiedenen naturnahen Wäldern. Auch für die Kinder war immer etwas dabei. So haben wir einen Balanceparcour im Wald gemacht und geschnitzte Holztiere gesucht. Auch viele Spielplätze waren vorhanden.

Genieten en uitrusten. makkelijk te bereiken, goed gelegen aan de knooppunten routes voor fietsen, heerlijk wandelen, het park zelf mooi opgezet mooie huisjes, veel groen, kind vriendelijk , goed restaurant, gezellig, gewoon heel goed

Het park en huisje was schoon en mooie uitstraling. Maar zo enorm gehorig en voelde ook beetje claustrofobisch door het hout. Het zag er allemaal keurig netjes uit. Bij de receptie meerdere malen lang moeten wachten, maar wel heel netjes geholpen en te woord gestaan. Dus ben wel tevreden over mijn vakantie, maar voor de volgende keer zoek ik toch iets anders.

Vakantie Betere accomodatie en betere service dan in Duitsland

Goed Wij hebben het naar ons zin gehad, maar de huisjes zijn heel erg gehorig soms kon je verstaan wat er gezegd werd.

Landal Het regende en dan kan je niet veel doen met kinderen. De drank/eetgelegenheid vond ik opdringerig. Zodra je drank leeg is komen ze al vragen of je nog iets wenst, indien nee, ruimen ze heel de tafel af. Niet bepaald beleefd, in horeca laat je dat staan tot de mensen weg zijn. Er zat nochthans héél weinig volk.

Park Eksel Worden door de receptie steeds goed ontvangen wanneer we een vraag hebben of als er iets defect is wordt het heuvel onmiddellijk aangepakt.

Mooi nieuw park met moderne huisjes. Positief: alle meubilair en indeling is precies zoals op foto. Goede keuken met zeer goede oven. Goede badkamer. Fietsenhok buiten is zeer goed pluspunt. Veel kapstokken, vriendelijke receptie die goed anticipeert bij problemen, goede fietsenverhuur met zeer goede fiets, zeer goede en mooie vuilbakken om te sorteren Minpunten: geen broodrooster, geen pannenlappen aanwezig in keuken, vloer zal zeker koud zijn in winter vandaar tapijt in living en slaapkamer, in living is het wat donkerder dus boven eettafel zou ik een fellere witte lamp aanbrengen, bomen op nieuw park moeten nog groeien maar ik zou toch al wat meer snelgroeiende struiken hebben aangebracht om het Limburgse natuurlijke karakter in de verf te zetten, terras wat afbakenen met planten of struiken want nu liep er volk over ons terras en dat voelt raar want ze lopen op uw ruimte, bestelde pizza was lekker maar pas klaar na 1u15min ipv 20min ook al had ik zelf aangegeven dat 20min straf leek gezien de drukte en aangeboden had om aan chef te gaan vragen, verstopte toilet en stofzuiger stuk in huisje 70 maar goed opgelost via receptie, gordijn van living is doorzichtig dus s avonds kan iedereen binnenkijken, te kleine en te dure winkel (stokbrood, bolletjes, cola, pasta) zelfs nachtwinkel in dorp is goedkoper, ik zou naast pmd en restafval een derde vuilbak voorzien voor groenafval want pas bij einde vakantie kwamen we erachter dat dat ook gescheiden kon maar toen zat alles al bij restafval. Overall een zeer goede ervaring met kleine minpuntjes omdat park precies nog in kinderschoenen staat, goed bezig Indien vragen 0485 74 63 79

Super mooie omgeving om te wandelen en fietsen. Het park is een ideale uitvalsbasis. Mooie huisjes en TOP service!
