Nice cozy place. We have been located near by the highway so its little bit noisy. And mising towels that I dont read good about that dont give need to buy .

Very nice location! A very beautiful location, very clean, everything in order. And a court to play tennis is a very good idea. A pleasant location I recommend!

Lovely facility Absolutely love the ambiance of the holiday homes, staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely worth another visit so I can enjoy the entertainment facilities. Would recommend to others because price was fair

We enjoyed our stay as a large party Roompot Eksel while attending the European Seniors Badminton Championships at Heusden Zolder Velodroom. A number of other house were also in use by badminton players. The site is well situated for events at the Velodroom and Racing Circuit. The atmosphere at the site is very peaceful most of the time. There is some aircraft noise from jets taking of at the nearby military airbase.

Not recommended This property was listed on booking.com amd nowhere in the listing did it say that we needed to bring our own towels, soap and provide toilet paper. I have NEVER experienced it woth a listingon booking.com. So imagine our surprise when after traveling for 20 hours to get to this property, we had to use kitchen towels to take a shower with dishwashing liquid... and obviously toilet paper is a must. We should have been informed of this before travel! People dont normally travel internationally across continents with towels and soap. Then the range didnt work so we couldnt cook. The staff couldnt fix it and were going to send somebody the next day but they didnt. To add insult to injury, you wrote us to ask for a security deposit AFTER we checked out (and left everything clean) because your staff forgot to do it when we checked in... I lfet the property as I found it and will not be sending you more money You should be giving ME a refund for a range that didnt work (the whol epoint of renting this is os we could cook when we wanted to) and for all the inconveniences... and when I complained about the above issues, I was told that I should have been more proactive in following up re broken range and should stay in a hotel next time. Very rude response! And this is a huge assumption that everyone around the world knows the rules in a park in a small town in Belgium... not the case. I have traveled to 70+ countries booking properties on booking.com and have never run into a property that doesnt provide basics like towels and soap and toilet paper and then is so rude about it on top of it all. Not to ention, who has time looking for towels to buy in th emiddle of nowhere Belgium? Very bad ambassadors for your country. Would leave one with the impression of a lack of hospitality, cheapness and rudeness.

This is not a negative review, am very happy we were there! The park is too close to the highway, we could hear traffic all through the night. This we werent aware of. However, we were warned of the flights from Kleine Brogel and they decided to fly F16s between 22:00 and 24:00 in the night. There were other small problems like being unable to switch off the porch lights which lit up the whole apartment through the night. But otherwise, great stay, great deal overall and great value for money

Verlengd weekend Het was rustig op park zelf, niet heel groot, dat vind ik ok. Ik dacht wel dat het dichter bij het bos lag. Het zou goed zijn als er nog wat meer begroeiing bv bomen komen.

Aanrader! Erg nette, schone en compleet ingerichte huisjes, kleinschalig autoluw park met prima voorzieningen, mooie omgeving. Vriendelijke bediening in restaurant, lekker eten. Kortom, erg fijne plek om te verblijven voor een korte of wat langere vakantie.

Leuke fietsvakantie in Eksel Ideaal voor fietsvakantie. Alles was klaar om vakantie te starten: opgemaakte bedden, goed ingericht huisje... Vriendelijke en zeer gedienstige mensen aan de receptie. Nabijheid fietsroutes top!

Top weekend Het weer was onverwacht super dit weekend, gezellig restaurant met zeer lekker eten en natuurlijk het terras niet vergeten perfect om te lunchen wat te drinken en van de zon te genieten, vriendelijk personeel en zeer behulpzaam bij elke vraag die je hebt,het huisje is super en hondvriendelijk, zeer netjes en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien een dikke tien.

Zonovergoten schitterend weekend in Eksel Wij kennen Roompot en weten wat te verwachten. Dit is de derde maal dat wij in een huis van Roompot verblijven en altijd heel tevreden geweest. Dit jaar wilden we iets korter bij huis verblijven waardoor we voor Eksel kozen. We vonden de omgeving ook schitterend.

Un beau séjour dans une région à découvrir. Sable et pins! Léquipement était bon et larchitecture intérieure originale. Heureusement que nous avions vue sur les pins.

Tevreden, maar toch.... Negatieve ervaringen : 1- de betonnen vloer zonder vloerverwarming trekt erg koud op bij bijv. vorst. De airco waarmee het huisje verwarmt wordt moet echt hoog gezet worden om het behaaglijk te krijgen, maar het blazen ervan is ook niet prettig. 2- het zijn erg donkere huisjes, de hele dag door moeten de lampen aan. 3-vreemd dat je schoonmaakkosten betaalt, maar toch wel de vloer moet stofzuigen bij vertrek?? 4- geen privé op je terras, aan weerszijden niet. 5- wij waren met 2 pers., maar voor 4 pers. is het huisje wel erg klein. 6- aangrenzende weg goed te horen, soms straaljagers. 7-stofzuiger ruikt erg onaangenaam, en aan de bezem zaten erg veel hondenharen Positieve ervaringen: 1-warm onthaal met persoonlijk kaartje en biertje en confiture. 2- grote koelkast en vaatwasser. 3-lekkere bedden 4- mooie brasserie 5-zeer vriendelijk receptie personeel!

Krokusvakantie De geluidsoverlast van de straat was erg storend. De huisjes zelf zijn ook gehorig door geluid van de buren en van straat, warmtepompen,… Dat vond ik jammer. Voor de rest was het een leuke vakantie!

Last minute naar Eksel Mooi park, prachtige ligging, rustgevend. De huisjes voelen zeer gezellig aan door het gebruik van het hout binnenin. De indeling zit goed in elkaar en er is een overvloed aan zonlicht door de grote ramen. Mee van de beste vakantieparkhuisjes die we al bezochten. De bar en het zonnige terras waren een groot pluspunt. Ook het zeer vriendelijke personeel was top.

Afsluiting na prima weekend. Bij vertrek wou ik nog ontbijt nemen buiten met zon. Stond helaas niet op de kaart.

Weekendje limburg Zeer gemakkelijk om in en uit te checken. Niet te groot dicht bij nationaal park. Heel verzorgd. Goede en vriendelijke bediening

Heel rustig, propere/verzorgde omgeving, echt top :)
